Did you and your crew get sore?

Hi Cathe,

Congratulations again in releasing such a fun and challenging series of workouts. I truly am amazed that you come up with such innovative exercises to challenge all of us.

While recovering from some sore hip flexors (thanks to those leg conditiong drills in KickMax) and sore lats and tris from Gym Style: Chest and Triceps, make me think of this question. Did you (or more specifically) your crew get sore while rehearsing for this series? I recall you mentioning that the High Step workout is very similar to your class; hence, you would most likely not be sore if the workouts you do on a regular basis mimic those in this Hardcore series.

If you/your crew did experience the muscle soreness, how much lead time did you/they have to train for this series (prior to filming)?
