Hi All,

I completed the second half (upper body) section of PH, and it was great. Ooooo, those tricep things lying down - agonising ! but I got through them. It seemed more manageable than the first half, I did it after Cardio Kicks.
I think, over the next few weeks, I am going to split the workout into lower and upper body because it just seems too much altogether (scary thought ! :eek:). I loved the ab routine on this workout, I seemed able to manage that, even though I find it hard to feel my abs.

Especially for doing PH after CK!!!! You're right, I always think I'm home free then comes the dreaded triceps work!!! It is a killer. You sound like you're doing great!!:7
