Did the Gauntlet: what a workout!

Hi all!
Yesterday, I did the Gauntlet for the second time. What a tough workout!!! I thought it was hard the first time I did it and I found it as hard the second time too, especialy for the lower body! Ouch, I'm still sore! ;) I'm not used to circuits: I usually do cardio first, then weights. Cathe often says that "change is good" when working out: well, this is a real shocker for the body!!!!:D
