Did Step Blast for the 1st time-

and I LOVED it!! Of course I spent some time scratching my head saying Huh? but I worked up a great sweat and I love the fact that it keeps moving and she keeps adding steps to the combinations. I am so glad I bought this one!! Tonight is ME for the first time and I'm very apprehensive about doing this one because I previewed it and oh my! But I figure that I'll just do the best I can and work from there.

I think I'm going to start my official rotation on Monday and do it for four weeks and then decide if I want to buy any more tapes. I have eight now so I have enough to get started. Thanks to everyone for their advide earlier as to DVD or video. I ended up buying the videos because the room I workout in only has a video player. The DVD player is in the living room which means I would have to lug everything up and down my stairs every day. I would also have to schedule my workouts around the TV for my DH. This way I can just go downstairs and workout whenever I want.

Hi Jean!! Congrats on doing Step Blast. I actually got this dvd this past week and am soooo excited to try it and also the Step, Jump, and Pump.

I posted a couple of days ago about how much I LOVE this one!! It's SO much fun! I really do have to force myself to not do it too much! :) Love the step portion on SJP too...actually, I can't believe I've never done the whole SJP workout in its entirety, though I've done probably every part of it in a premix, LOL! ME is a great workout too...sigh...I can't think of any of Cathe's workouts that I DON'T like! :)
 
I agree with you Jean. It's my favourite of all the BB workouts, the one I each for again and again and do not have to convince myself to do. The challenge is awesome. And it seems to me that the music is better on this workout than any of the other BB workouts.

ME is not as bad as it might look, and because Cathe jumles the body parts up and down, you actually get to rest them while working something else, noticeably, you get to rest the legs because this is the part that is worked throughout but in a very interspersed way. ME is a great workout for legs and biceps and core.

Hi Jean!

You sound so excited and I am excited for you! I am new to Cathe and am so enjoying the wonderful feeling I get whenever I try something new! I just ordered Step Blast/SPJ today and can't wait to give it a try--your post has me so psyched!
