Yippee--an update!

I see Cathe did give an official Shock Cardio update! I am hoping we are getting close to a film date, especially since she said they are doing rehearsals through Labor Day weekend--I wonder if that will be the end of rehearsals (or am I getting my hopes up??!!)?

I can't wait to see pics of the kickboxing workouts!!
