Cathe I'm wondering what you did after your pregnancy to correct your diastasis recti. I just gave birth to my third baby in February and I have a diastasis recti. I'm trying to figure out what I should do to help correct it. Thanks.
Hi melissaw! Clearly, I am not The Amazing Cathe...but I have Diastasis Recti and thought I'd chime in.
If you know you have DR, the first thing you should do is stop any abdominal exercises that cause your belly to "bulge " as this will make your separation worse.
