Devoting one day per week to 1RM test....

Starting next week, I'm just going to go down the line and start with STS Disc 1 until I get there, I should still be able to get my 2 days of regular weight training in in addition, I just have to plan right.

I think I am going to do the same thing. I just realized this week that this was something that I needed to do before the DVDs arrive. I might start later this week.
 
That how I got started to. You can turn this into a weight workout because each exercise , (like disc number 1 is for chest, shoulders and biceps) which will turn into a super set. Whatever you test on your right arm, for example you can lift the same with your left. Usually I have to test each exercise 2 or 3 times to find the correct weight.
