I just read the review on "Cardio Party" and it's clear everyone has their own opinion. The series is an "intermediate" level and I thought Cardio Party was exactly that. If you've been working out for a while you know how you can easily ramp up any move or combo to make it more intense (jogging instead of walking, adding more risers etc). Personally I thought Cardio Party was fun. That's just me.

Me Too!!! And I agree, so easy to increase intensity!!!

I agree this is No ICE. Thank God. ICE was so advance. I never thought of it for the intermediate exerciser. I always thought ICE was far to advance.

LITE so much better. I love step. I do agree the Step routines are advance, but if you love step you see where Cathe is getting at. I think the Step routine really was made for the die hard step fans. I think this author wasn't and she said it was her only personal preference. YES, the blasts are repetitive, but I like that because I love practicing jumping on the step.

I find the individual reviews of the main workouts are really helpful to enable me to prepare before the workout, as I like to know upfront what the moves will be and have an idea of the weights I am likely to use for each exercise.
