I have ordered from them many times and never had a problem. I've read that some people had problems with their credit cards but maybe they fixed that before I started ordering. Their prices are great and free shipping. If you wait until November, they usually have a 20% off sale. They also have another one in June.

I've ordered from them three times.
The first time, they sent a wrong DVD in a multi-DVD order.
The second time, my CC info was compromised, but I wasn't sure it was from their site (but I was pretty sure). My bank informed me that some online retailer had been compromised, but did not reveal the name.
The third time, my CC info was compromised. Again, the bank contacted me before anything happened, and this time I figured out it must have been DDDVD.
When people contacted them about some security issues, they seemed to have a rather cavalier attitude about their security.
Three strikes and they are OUT!

I have also ordered from them a number of times without any problems. My SIL recently ordered a DVD and had to email them that she never got it so they had to re-send it, but she did finally receive it. Their delivery time isn't always great but they are pretty cheap. And like Marcy said, they always have a 20% off sale in Nov.

If one is worried about CC information being compromised, look into any temporary credit card number programs your credit card company might offer. Like single use cards. Or get a prepaid Visa card to use only for online.
I use ShopSafe from Bank of America (they got it when they bought MBNA) for all my online shopping and it has allowed me to buy safely online without worry for fraud or theft or just plain screw-ups. Not only does ShopSafe allow me to hide my real credit card number, but it allows me to set the limit on each temporary card I create. And each temporary card number can only be used at ONE merchant. So if I was going to buy $22.45 worth of DVDs from DeepDiscount, I would open the little ShopSafe application on my computer, choose to create a new card, give it a credit limit of $23, fill in the information on DD.com and then wait for my merchandise. No worries and no tricking or "forgetting" to apply the discount.
Anyway, I just wouldn't shop as much online without that safeguard.
