For the past 2 months or so, I have been doing GS and then the 4DS series, took a rest week and this week started the Dec rotation...it has kicked my butt! Really, I can't believe that the cardio is such a workout and I wonder if I lost a lot of endurance doing the 4DS?
And...MM is still a killer!
I am enjoying this rotation, but HOLY COW! Anyone else experiencing the same thing...or not?
