Hello fellow Ohioan! First off, you look fantastic! I'd love to hear more about your transformation, your motivations, workouts, diet changes...do you keep a journal online??
I'm going to do your posted One Body Part rotation (with a few modifications b/c of some knee issues), but I dont own HSTA or HSC (I'm assuming this one is High Step Challenge, NOT her beginner's High Step Circuit). What would be a good substitution??
I was also going to make my own week 5 be an endurance oriented week. Did you still do one body part during your endurance week or more of a total body routine like Muscle Endurance??
