Hi Barbara!
Thank you so much! I will miss you all too. Not sure I will have any computer-time down there but if I do, I'll get on and say Howdy from the the Sunshine State!
Yes, we have an UR. I got it for my hubby for Christmas. I will be honest~he doesn't like it. He says it hurts his knees??? I talked to Francine about that and she said that if it is hurting his knees, he might not be using good form. I need to convince him to get back on it so I can critique him. I have used it just two times for only 5 minutes at a time since I got it right after my injury. Both times I used it, I felt it wasn't a good thing to be doing while injured so I have not used it since. I truly think it is something I will love when I am all healed and I can't wait to incorporate it into my rotations as a low impact workout. Sorry I can't be more help at this time but I feel like I got a great deal and I will use it SOME day! (Hopefully, soon! ;-))
One more thing~I feel the quality is very good. I also think that your concentration will have to totally be on your workout as there is a lot of balance involved. Part of my balance issue with it could be because I was scared of hurting my injury worse, so I was compensating. (Not a good thing, I know.) Maybe others that have one can chime in. Is Bita still around??? I know she loves hers and does it almost daily. Nice chatting with ya!
