Dear Cathe, Question about New DVD's and Traveling

Dear Cathe,

I consider myself a "Cathe Newbie". I had been FIRMING for almost 2 years and finally decided to try your DVD's and I absolutely love them. I am finally seeing the definition I am looking for and I hope that with more use my Upper Body can finally be transformed after losing over 100 lbs. I also want to take the opportunity to thank you for having such a great and diverse crew on your videos with a very healthy portrayal of women.

My question is about the new DVD's. I travel a lot and I will do so again this summer. I preordered the DVD's and I am very excited. I am wondering if you would recommend these for staying with your routine while on the road. I looked at the previews and I was happy to see the resistance band being used since I think this would be very practical. Will I still be working my Upper Body and Lower Body to at least maintain if I take these with me? Carrying a lot of equipment is not an option for me.

Hi Fitlisa! Nice to hear from you. Thanks for your kind words. We use both handweights and tubing in the upcoming workouts. If you can travel with 5 or 8 pound handweights and a medium resistance tube, you will maintain between your travels.
