Today I did Deanie's kickbox mish mosh of KPC combo 123 and KM combo 234 with w/u and stretch it was a total of 52 in. and then I added Stretch Max 1. I enjoyed that!
Off to day #2 of Summer Fun. Green eggs amd Ham. We will be reading and eating them.
My mom is back in the hospital again.
