Good Morning Girls 
Today I did coremax section 2 and S&H legs. It was a great workout. I used a 55# barbell for the squats and 50# barbell for the lunges and plie squats. Otherwise I followed Cathes weights for the prefatique of the legs.
I am too excited about the presale!!!:7 :7 I am not leaving the house on Monday untill I've ordered! (hmm... that sounds a little sad
- but still not leaving till I've ordered!) LOL
