Good Morning All:)

Today I was up bright and early and did HSTA. As always a really tough workout! I am wiped out! I had to rework monday and tues, since I did this today, but worth it:) So tomorrow I am doing HIIT on the treadmill and B&G weights/abs, and then tues. CTX upper body (never did this before and looking forward to it)!

Gin~ Welcome back chicka!:7 we missed you! I'm glad you had a nice visit. Hooray, both boys being home! enjoy it. did you end up doing HSTA cardio/legs or the whole thing?

Good Afternoon Ladies!

Today I did HSTA cardio and upper body. I'll do HSTA upper body and MIS upper body tomorrow. I had never done HSTA before and was really kind of scared, but it wasn't too tough really. I'm sure with the upper body added in it would much more challenging.

I ran into an old friend this morning that also is very into working out at home with videos. She used to teach aerobics and is in great shape. I told her about Cathe and she was interested. Can't believe she had never tried her workouts! She said she has about 100, which reminded me of Marcy!

Deanie--Thank you for the kind welcome home. It is good to be back home. I'm hoping I was able to help my parents out. I helped clean out closets, cooked, ran errands, etc. I did get to meet my college best friend for lunch and had my nephews over to spend the night and we made a cake for for their dad's (my brother) birthday.

It is great having my boys home. Doesn't happen very often. Younger DS's GF is coming in today and staying with us for a couple of days. There goes my workout room. I'll have to move it all upstairs!

Sorry I am so chatty today! I guess I missed you girls!

Ok, I did that nice early surprise posting on Saturday but never got back to post my workout...go figure :)

I did core syn yesterday and had to substitute some moves for others. Such as sphinx push-ups...I had to do regular push-ups cause I just wasn't getting anywhere. It was good though.

I'm feeling kinda crummy today. It was my rest day, but maybe I should have worked out. I don't feel like I'm getting anywhere. Maybe it's just the day.
