Good Morning All:)

Today was Imax 3, but for me, it was sleep in day:) I was up late last night, and could not get out of bed!!! So today will be my day off and I will do Imax 3 tomorrow.

Gin~ Did you get your Imax 3 yesterday? did you do it today?

Tracee/Cheryl~ what did you do today?

Marcy~ I'm glad you got your car back. We tried the suburban also before we got our highlander: too big. My DH calls it the titanic!! And to park in a parking lot~ whew! anyway, we like the midsize SUV, and with only 2 kids, thats a good size for us.

wanted to add: I really like the premixes on the blog today for the new series, if we ever want to do a faux x again, we could just use this series and the premixes! :) Cathe does so many premixes, even if someone didn't like the idea of a series, by the time she's done with the premixes, it could be something for everyone! I am VERY happy she did a premix of weights first and then cardio, because that is the way I was going to use them!

I also made today a sleep in day, just could not keep those eyes open. Looks like I'll have to do double duty over the weekend.

Deanie - I was going to say the same things about the premix menus and how I was especially thrilled to see the weights first option. I'm amazed at how many premixes she's put together. Wow! Now I'm going to be disappointed when I go to do a premix on an older dvd and it only has 4 choices. ha!

Gin - Way to go with all of the pushups. That's really impressive especially knowing that when we started the original check in you were doing them on your knees. :7 Texas must be getting all of our rain because Michigan hasn't seen any in a couple of weeks and it's been in the 90's for much of that time.

Marcy - Sounds like you're going to have a fun week with all of your choices. How do you organize your dvd's? Do you keep them sorted by instructor or by type of workout? You have so many that I would assume you'd have to have a good system to be able to find the one you wanted.

Cheryl - Hope you are doing well.

Good Morning Ladies!

Today I ran 3 miles and then did IMAX2....Whew! I need some water!:p My IMAX3 has not come in the mail and now I am starting to wonder if I'll ever get it.x( I e-mailed the girl that I sent the money to, to find out when she mailed it, but have not heard back!x(

I think we are all ready for a recovery week. I guess for me it will be a couple of recovery DAYS!

DH and I are leaving this aft. to go to his HS reunion. We'll drive 2 hours from here and stay overnight.

Deanie--Enjoy your rest day. I DO remember when I could not do ONE pushup on my toes. And I have you guys and Cathe to thank for now being able to.:)

Marcy--Lots of families here drive Suburbans. They do seem so big. I have a Toyota Four Runner now and love it.

Tracee--What workout are you doing today?

We must have been posting at the same time! Enjoy your rest day. I'll be taking one tomorrow. Where in Michigan are you? Our new Senior pastor at the church just moved from Gross Ille. I'm sure I spelled that wrong. Anyway, we love him so far!!

Good Afternoon :)

I ended up doing Imax 3 at 11 this morning. We had all eaten breakfast, did our morning stuff, the kids were playing quietly, and I figured, why not? So I did it! It was the easiest time I ever had doing Imax 3. It was still hard, but not as hard as when I do it at 6 in the morning!! I think there is something to be said for working out 2 hours after you eat (I had steel cut oats~ a little more than 1 c. and a banana for breakfast at 9)!

Gin~ have a great time this weekend!

Gin~ I forgot to say, your cardio workouts are amazing! I don't think I could run 3 miles and then do Imax 2!! Are you going to run during the recovery week?

I am located near Lansing, Michigan. I'm not sure where Gross Ille is, I was thinking it was close to Detroit but it my be farther up north.

I'm amazed at your cardio workouts. Where do you find the energy? Maybe when my kids are grown and out of the house I will have the energy too????

Deanie - I've often thought as I'm walking into work that I wish I could be doing my workout right then because I was more awake. Congrats on getting yours done so you don't have to worry about it this weekend.

Hi Ladies!

I probably missed you all but I've been so busy today. So far today is a rest day but I hope to get in a workout later this evening, either KPC or Upper Body. We spent the day getting released from our contract with our broker and found another one who seems willing to do the right job for us. We're keeping our fingers crossed. He's coming to look over our house tomorrow.

Deanie - IMAX 3 wasn't as hard for me either. I think we need an IMAX 4! I agree about using the new series for a faux X rotation. It sounds like she's using really heavy weights. The premixes sound awesome and I'm so glad she's listing what weights she's using so I can prepare myself the night before.

Gin - I agree your cardio workouts are amazing. I think I must walk about 3 miles commuting every day though. I have a bus and two trains each way.

Tracee - I have my workouts categorized by instructor (I obviously have the most Cathes) and then alphabetically. For Cathes, I have them categorized by series and alphabetically within each series. I have my yoga/pilates workouts separate. These are for the ones I use regularly. The other ones are scattered throughout the house in drawers, cabinets and closets. I hope you don't think I'm neurotic!

Cheryl - Hope you're well and have a good workout today.

Hi all!

Sorry I haven't posted, but my internet isn't working and I haven't been able to get online!

My workouts Wed & Thurs ended up being cardio (Tae Bo Advanced & Step class at local community center), so I think I am going to do arm weights today and legs tomorrow.

I was thinking of going GS Shoulders / Bi / ...I forgot the other one :)

Did I miss what was decided for Aug? I know some ideas were thrown out there, but not sure if a decision was finally made.

Ok...I have to go read all your comments now and see how everyone is doing :)

Hi Cheryl!

I think we all decided to do Apr '05 rotation. It's all GS. Deanie & I are skipping the runs and I'm alternating with Pure Strength. We're all taking a recovery week next week and will start the rotation the following Monday. Hope you can join us.
