Honestly, her form is off. Her extension at the top of the move will contribute to hyperlordosis, tucking her tailbone would help. I messed my back up doing deadlifts being slightly off on form, with an arched back at the top is not good. You really got to feel that move, and if you are using a barbell, form is critical and the initial pull off the ground should be engagement of the bar, then pull. I do like the Romanian deadlifts with dumbells like shown (bent legs) especially if you have pulled hamstrings.
