days 3 of DMOS..seriously???

Hey fellow STS'ers...

I did my first leg rotation in Mesocycle 1 on SUNDAY!! It is now wednesday and I am still sore. Tough thing is...I work in a preschool, so getting down to those little chairs isn't so bad..but trying to get up after 20 mins to a half hour...now that has been a challenge for the past 3 days! It's a great feeling though, knowing that I am changing my body.

Seriously. I'm doing the six-month rotation and did find that the second time through with the Meso 1 legs workouts didn't leave quite as much of a longlasting reminder, but still...

I'm not finding that same excruciating soreness so far from Meso 2 (I'm in week 2).
 
I had the same experience. I felt sore in places I had never felt soreness before. I had been doing Cathe's weights for about 2 yrs so I was VERY shocked. I think it's the plates....

Oh yeah, I remember that. I'm doing the 6mo rotation too and it does get better but I'm still in Meso 1 though :p Wait until you get to the bonus leg section on Disc 9:D
 
Thankfully it doesn't happen every workout, but at half way through the 6 month rotation, I've definitely had some that left me sore for 3-4 days.
 
I just did meso 2 disc 14 on wednesday. I still can not really walk all that well. Meso 1 was nowhere near as tough as this is so far!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I did the first leg rotation of Mesocycle 2 on Tuesday, now it's Friday night and I'm still can't walk right! Each one area of the thigh/glute gets better but another starts to hurt more! It is quite amazing...
 
Hi,

I know that feeling! But wait till you try that disc where the bonus leg segment has you using the plates...and you raise your hips up and push them out and in and then to the sides. Let's just say my active recovery came a week early after that!
