Day 3, Ouch!

I'm following the 90 day rotation. I haven't been able to workout in a few weeks due to sickness and a pulled calf muscle. But I'm all better now. That being said, I'm sore. Stairs are not my friend today after Cardio Legs yesterday and then Hard Strikes today. Phew! Cathe you kicked my butt so hard it still hurts. ;)
 
:D Grinning my way through this series. What a load of FUN! I simply cannot wait to see the results at the end of March. I'm going to one hot mama this spring. :eek:
 
I'm with you guys...everything hurts (except my feet and hands, thank goodness).. And it's AWESOME!
 
Im so sore as well! I could hardly get ou of bed after cardio legs then i did hardstrikes.. I did it sore and all. I am still sore two days later. Legs is on tap tomorrow man i hope some of soreness sunsides so i can do legs tomorrow!
 
I see I am not the only one "suffering"!! I just finished week 1 of the 90 day program and boy will I enjoy tomm. Rest day!! It was a struggle this first week but I am loving the challenge!
 
Im intrested to hear a 2 week person, im wondrring is it gonna b easier. Because the second week are burnsets, thats different from this werk. So it may not get easier til week 3 ? What do you all think?
 
Im starting the 90 day rotation Monday. I've done 2 DVDs so far HS & Bi's/tris...DOMS everywhere! Funny to see everybody's comment! SORE, OUCH, CANNOT WALK! LOL!

When I did STS, I got DOMS EVERY.SINGLE.WEEK :eek:. It never got easier! I anticipate the same with Xtrain :eek:.

BTW- I'm one of those nut cases that actually thrives on DOMS :eek:, so I'm super happy Xtrain is giving me it :D.

Lol i lov to feel the soreness as well.. Exspecialy now cause latly with other wo i got sore joints not muscles like i did when i was younger but wiith that being said i know by getting sore u might get inflamation and im wondering when will inflamation go away if we are constintly getting muscle confusion? I asked this on ask cathe... Cause like i said love getting sore cause i feel i did it right. But wanting to trim down to. Am i making sense?
 
day 3 question

Hi everyone,
I am starting the 90 day rotation tomorrow. The directions for day 3 say Hard Strikes, premix 16, timesaver (no conditioning) chapters 1,11. Did you just do the whole thing? I see where it says this should be 34 minutes, but chapters 1-11 is more like 44. I use my laptop so I would like to know if there are any chapters I can skip!

I was so nervous for the Cardio Leg Blast, and rightly so, today is Hard Strikes, oh yeah, thinking I'm sore now, can't wait to see what happens afterwards!
