DARN!!!
I did so good yesterday not eating any of the doughnuts that one of my co-workers brought in. Even today when there were some left - didn't eat one. Then my boss just said he's ordered a large meat lovers pizza for lunch if anyone wants some. One slice (if it's hand tossed dominoes) is 8 points on WW. Yes I can work some of it off tonight but I hadn't planned on doing any cardio since the rotation says PUB. Plus, if I eat 1 piece I will want another. The lunch I brought is a 6 point fettucine alfredo frozen dinner (really small thing). Right now I'm at the point in my diet where I just want to go out and eat a great big burger. Ya know what I mean? I do have quite a few flex points left (32) so I guess it wouldn't hurt. But I am so hungry right now I don't know if I can stop at one piece.

LADIES GIVE ME STRENGTH !!!

can you run out and grab a salad? That way you can have one piece of pizza and fill yourself up with the salad on the side?
 
Hey Kimbra at least you have something to eat. I just microwaved my lunch (turkey w/cheese) in one of these office plates and instead of me eating it, the plastic ate it for me. It just engulfed itself around my meat & cheese..............:(

Wow Haydee girl - you are REALLY not having a good week at that office this week are you? At least you're laughing - next week will be better.:)
 
All right. The pizza has arrived. Luckily it was thin crust and cut into squares. So I ate one square and I am still going to have my alfredo thing. It's 4 more points than I'd counted. But it's better than 8. I DID IT. Now let's see when everyone leaves if I can stay out of it. :)

You are absolutely right I am not having a good week. I'm soooooooooo sleepy all the time. I'm practically living off Advils. I've been late 3 x's this week....Right now I feel a little achey in my bones. I'm sleeping as I'm typing....I just want to go home.

I used to do WW points, but I always gave myself a free day. Each week, I allowed myself one day where I could eat whatever I wanted - no guilt allowed.

What I found was that allowing myself one free day took all the pressure off and killed my cravings throughout the week. I still seemed to eat healthily, though. I mean, I didn't get up and have pancakes and sausage, then eat a bag of potato chips and a big, greasy burger and fries for lunch and a whole pizza for dinner with a half gallon of ice cream for dessert. I'd still eat a healthy breakfast, and maybe have a burger for lunch (no fries or chips), and some tortilla chips and salsa for a snack, and a sensible dinner...and maybe a little bitty strawberry cheesequake blizzard from DQ. So, while it was a free day, I still kept to my diet except for a couple of small treats. It was amazing! I did quite well and lost about 10-15 pounds.
 
Sounds like you did great. One thing I do when I am really tempted is to ask myself outloud, "If I eat this 'x' will it get me any closer to my goal. How will you feel after you eat it???" For some silly reason saying it outloud seems to do the trick for me...most of the time :) I am also on BFL which has a free day so I always know that if I really want 'x' I can have it on Sat.
