<--always feels young and fabulous and vibrant when walking or running FL
<--went to the fitness club with Uncle Donald and worked out amdist a sea of snowy white or blue heads, dentures and tanned, wrinkled, somewhat atrophied bodies, LOL!
<--says the headache is letting up and thank goodness, had one yesterday too
<--is recovering from the shock of finding out BIL has cancer and hoping for the best as we wait for test results from his bone marrow biopsy
<--was in a funk for several days, especially the weekend, worrying for my sister and her kids but will now try to be a strong support and optimistic voice through what will be an ordeal for the family
<--knows waiting is hard and the days long but little is know as yet and there is always hope even with such a terrible diagnosis
<--wonders what Amy had for lunch

<--says my big sister Melody--yes, <-- has one of <-- very own and aren't they wonderful-- has always been a strong, rock solid, level-headed woman and <-- has complete faith that that will see her through
<--told her that courage is just fear that has said it's prayers--she is very devout and has a strong faith and that will will see her through but her DH is a Muslim and they have grown apart in the past years which has made her sad since something like this makes one aware of such things
<--it also reminded her how much she loves him
<--they have 4 kids including an 8 year old who is the only one who doesn't know
<--wishes it didn't have to be tested as it will be
<--thinks it's sad and stressful that test results will take several weeks
<--googled Myeloma and in stage one the prognosis is 5 years and that dimishes with each progressive stage
<--do not know what stage he is in
<--knows it is usually diagnosed in 60 year olds and he is 45
<--says for a huge family we have been blessed and untouched by anything like this and it feels unreal
<--can only imagine what Mel is feeling and my heart breaks for her
<--all thoughts, prayers, wishes and hopes are gratefully accepted :)
<--also can't wait to see pics and is going to see how if Ame has posted them
