Thats a good question tytbody,
I am a singer, so when I sing I am NOT thinking about dancing. While singing I think about pitch, enunciation, breath control, rythem etc. If I get it right, then it's "dance worthy". When I screw it up, people can feel the mishap musically...on either my part or the rythem sections part or the horn section. People are generally very forgiving of the little screw-ups and dance anyway. Most of us know when the music and vocals are right on...in the pocket....you know, when you get the goosebumps because you feel the music is so good. This is the relationship between dancer and musician. We try to give you music you want to move to or listen to! dmd
