My Insanity is already on it's way! WOO HOO! I should have it by next Wednesday!!!
So I did TLT: Finding your Core this morning and really enjoyed it-even more so then y'day's work out I think! This one has no "cardio" in it which was more to my liking. The work out was done with the stability ball and weights. I found most of the moves to be quite challenging. Three work outs down and one more to go...
I had decided to forgo cardio for today so I was going to hit the Centergy class this morning but decided that I wanted to get Chuck E Cheese hell over with as early as possible (LOL) so I went there with DS instead. Yeah, I promised him we'd go. Dumb move, ey?
So anyway, I may leave my work out at the TLT or I may go to the evening Centergy class which is at 7:30. We'll see how my evening shapes up...
Jen: OMG girl, have I had days like that where no matter how hard you try, you just can't force yourself to work out! I think it happens to everyone once in a while. No worries. Perhaps you'll be inspired to go for it after work and if not, that's okay too!
K, just remember you told me to talk about Insanity. I don't wanna hear you whining that now you just HAVE TO buy it cause I "talked you into it" or something!

I am continuing to track my cals and macros and my fat intake now hangs around 30% instead of the usual 20-25%. Ofcourse I try to eat mostly good fats but hey, if it's the end of the day and I have a little "room" left, I admit to eating an extra "treat" once in a while too. Hasn't hurt me yet so I guess I haven't gone overboard with it and I am very happy with my results thus far!
My midsection is also tighter and flatter then it used to be and everything just looks a bit smaller/leaner. My clothes are looser too! WOO HOO!
Diana: I may try to get back on track with a weekly Centergy class again instead of doing Yoga X. The class is 60 minutes long and with the drive there and back will take up just as much time as Yoga X but me much more enjoyable.
Yup, we have AE here. Never looked in that store at all though. My nephew is apparently into AE though as I bought him a giftcard for either his last B'day or Christmas from there. That's what he wanted. Sorry about your sleeping troubles. I hate when that happens.
Laura: YUP YUP YUP! The whole Insanity series chic! I didn't order the deluxe set, just the regular one. I am sure it will be more then enough INSANITY for me!
LOL about the fat intake! Go figure why you aren't disappearing before our very eyes!
It's okay though with all the exercise you get I am sure you look great despite that southern cooking!
