Morning Glories.
Sorry I was pretty much MIA this weekend. It was one of those weekends where I can honestly say that I don't know where the time went.
So Saturday I did D34 (C&B), 400 mountain climbers and 100 rock climbers. YEOWCH!
Y'day I did D35 (Plyo) and my own weighted ab work using an 8# med ball hitting upper, obliques and then lower.
SO IT'S DONE! I FINISHED STS!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOT WOOT!!!!
Today is a rest day and then tmrw I start some active recovery with cardio/abs only. I will rest again on friday (maybe!) and then Saturday I'll start my BR rotation which (as of right now) will look like this:

sun: Cardio DVD of choice
mon/tue/wed/thur: Body Rock
fri: Rest
