Looking for a short cardio - not sure if my back is up to HiiT but will check that out first to see if a warmup will allow DWP or something similar. Otherwise it will be a step, perhaps Step Moves or 4DS HI.

Wendy - nice job there . . . RS is an old fav of mine for sure ! You are going to one of the Mom's for dinner and leaving DS, right? Have a great time. Did you prep at all for the weekend yet? ITA as I remember my kids not taking care of their 'stuff' either. Then they'd get more so why bother? Irritated me to no end as I grew up on the 'less indulged' side of the tracks. Not poor, but my parents struggled to give us a decent life - kids these days have been spoiled - mine included. They see the 'light' now that they have to fend for themselves though.

Diana - Happy day and hope you get a chance to pop back in. We're outta here around 3:30 to SIL's. 2 of the kids are coming down to join DH's family. Smaller group as a few will be missing but enjoyable just the same.
