HAPPY THANKSGIVING! GOBBLE GOBBLE GOBBLE! :D

So guess what!? I do NOT have DOMS from LLB this morning!? How in the world did that happen!? :eek: I am going to have to go heavier next time for sure! WOW. I am amazed! I rock! ;):p I realize DOMS has no bearing on wether or not the work out is a good one but I do enjoy a little painful reminder of my efforts once in a while and am quite prone to L/B DOMS so I'm very surprised!

Not sure what today's work out will be...I'm feelin like K/B but also have a hankerin' for step. I know whatever I do will be a good 60 minutes long. No slackin' today! :p

I was in no rush to get up today. It was my only day to semi sleep in. DS didn`t go to bed until late so I knew he was gonna sleep in. Its 9:15 and he is still asleep. My two friends are coming to workout so thats why I am up, I didn`t get up until 8:30 though:)

Wendy** I don`t really see either one of my kids being the kind to take care of their stuff. DS chews on most of his toys now....but I think he as finally stopped throwing stuff! Ugh!

O.k...my fingers are asleep...having all sorts of trouble typing and this computer is driving my bonkers!

This is REALLY a damage control workout weekend - I did Intensity Step & HIIT Low premix - fun & easy to follow! Did the job & didn't take too long! Exercise bike tomorrow, & Intensity again on Saturday - it's so fun you want to do it again!

Time is a flyin' and I have too much left to do - workout being one of them ! ! ! :eek: Looking for a short cardio - not sure if my back is up to HiiT but will check that out first to see if a warmup will allow DWP or something similar. Otherwise it will be a step, perhaps Step Moves or 4DS HI.

Lori - hope your day goes well with your clients. Good to hear you slept in a bit ! ;)

Wendy - nice job there . . . RS is an old fav of mine for sure ! You are going to one of the Mom's for dinner and leaving DS, right? Have a great time. Did you prep at all for the weekend yet? ITA as I remember my kids not taking care of their 'stuff' either. Then they'd get more so why bother? Irritated me to no end as I grew up on the 'less indulged' side of the tracks. Not poor, but my parents struggled to give us a decent life - kids these days have been spoiled - mine included. They see the 'light' now that they have to fend for themselves though. ;)

cakebaker - well thanks for joining in our Damage Control on one of the most needed days ! Great job on your w/o's - HiiT Low premix? Not sure I know about that one - off to check it out ! Enjoy your weekend and your planned w/o's.

Diana - Happy day and hope you get a chance to pop back in. We're outta here around 3:30 to SIL's. 2 of the kids are coming down to join DH's family. Smaller group as a few will be missing but enjoyable just the same.

4DS Hi Intensity step done . . . sweaty and the DOMs from B&G y'day are a little better from the jumping around. :p

Thinking that cakebaker must have been speaking of the new DVD's which I won't get until next week . . . :( Good to hear the great reviews from everyone so now I won't have to experiment.
