Hi Ladies,
Today was Disc 5, Back & Triceps followed by KPC. It sure was fun doing KPC, funny how it all just comes back to me after all this time. I used my 1lb gloves too! Then I decided to tack on the Ab section from LLA (Lean Legs & Abs-new release) which I haven't done yet.
Tomorrow may be a forced rest day unless I get up uber early. I'm also missing my class as we have Jerod's football banquet and he will be receiving his letter. He's super excited about that. Not sure how I will handle the banquet with my cleanse. I did prepare something to take with me. They are having catered BBQ, definitely not cleanse friendly food.
I had PT for my knee on Friday. The therapist isn't exactly sure what the issue is, but gave me some exercises to work on this week. He said there is a lot of swelling that it's hard to diagnose. The first step is to get the swelling down.
Wendy-GG is Cathe's Great Glutes from her latest release. The circuit w/o's really seem to be helping with my weight loss, especially since I can't run right now. What's the scoop with Zuzka's gym. Do you do the w/o's on your own, are they live and you do them together? Just wondering if it's worth the money. Foam rolling...I do that too. btw, DH is just having some meals here and there...and always says "this would be really good with "X", where x is not on the cleanse. It's a little annoying to be honest.
