TGIF!!!
Hi Ladies,
Last night we did stability ball/medicine ball work...and my abs are feeling it! We also did 4 sets of suicides carrying the med ball and 10 sets of stairs..yep...carrying the med ball.
I'm still trying to weigh myself on most days, and the scale was very kind to me this morning. Down a couple more pounds from my Wednesday weigh in. From today's weight-I have 10.2lbs to go to be at goal. I'm not reading too much into it though, just happy to see a number I haven't seen in years.
Did any of you look at the November rotation? It looks really good to me. I'm starting STS tomorrow with another check-in group. I'm dropping it like a hot potato if my weight starts going up though.
Wendy-you are rocking some killer workouts! I like the Gorilla w/o's, short & sweet and allow time to add on other stuff. I don't recall if I've actually done an MC w/o yet or not. I only have HC bootcamp, and it is tough. You got this...keep up the good work. You'll probably discover you can do segment 2.
You'll do great with your NASM certification. I know you say you hate school, but you got this. Plus you have some experience behind you know too! Have you considered getting your group fitness instructor training? Are you even interested in that?
TG-oh yes, good ole Tony Horton! Hip Hop Abs is super fun. I only had it for a short time before giving it to Amanda. Poor Tank, unfortunately I can't offer any suggestions as we do not have any pets at the moment. When we did have dogs, the kids would let them in when they got home from school but they were still left alone for a large part of the day.
Laura-oh my gosh, sorry about the boots.
Shouldn't Brutus be out of this phase by now? What's on your agenda today?
BR October Challenge Day 18 for me this morning.
