Damage Control....Monday....Booh!

Good Morning Ladies.

As you can see by the thread title, I am not thrilled that it's monday. :p

What to do, what to do? I am in a quandry....The rotation calls for Bum Bum and Tummy Tuck today and Sculpt tmrw. I want to fit in Pure Cardio. If I do it today I'll have to omit BB or TT for time and tmrw to put it after Sculpt I will not be able to do it all and I want to. To put TT after Sculpt is silly since Sculpt works the abs like mad at the end and to put Bum Bum with Sculpt is just as long as putting PC with it. I don't want to scrap Bum Bum cause I like it and haven't done it yet this week. Oh the troubles in my life! :p Jeez, I wish that was the worst of it...I'd be golden! :D

Okay, let me get this posted. I'll be back later to let you know what my decision was! ;)

Ugh...I am so tired! I hate this losing one hour thing we have going on here:( Not only that but now its dark in the morning again! And light when DS should be going to bed....not cool...not cool at all! LOL

I had an awful night last night. Mr...who never snores...snored off and on all night! WTH is up with that? I wouldn't be able to tell you how many times I rooted him in the ribs. Then I told him I was leaving if he didn't give it up...as if he cared...seriously! When I woke up to workout he is still up there sawing trees!

Todays workout is cardio and UB workout. I won't have a real long time to workout and I thought I might do a circuit but I am far from awake so I may do the UB work while I am still waiting to wake up.

Wendy** I had a day like that last week. I did not want to workout at all. Probably a sign that I needed to take a rest day. But I worked out anyway ( of course) and I felt wonderful after. Enjoy whatever workout you decide to do.

Jacque** Sounds like you had a great Sat evening! Glad you got a good nights sleep as well. Im jealous! But you are usually the one complaining about your DH snoring and I just don't know how you do it. We would definitly be sleeping in seperate beds and I wouldn't be the one leaving mine! :eek:

Diana** I hate it to when I workout in the morning and then DH hops up to get in the shower! I think he does it on purpose and its not as if my showers are real long or anything. We have 2 other showers but all of my stuff is in that one. Hopefully today will run smoother!

O.k....I should get my butt moving. Not even sure what I am doing yet. I guess I will go and stare at my workout dvds!

Good Morning Lori. Sorry about the bad night's sleep. Snorers are a pain in the @ss for sure! I dated a big time snorer once and it was not an easy thing to deal with. I would often go to bed with him and end up elsewhere in the house by morning cause I couldn't get him to shut up!:mad:

I ended up doing what the rotation called for today...Tummy Tuck and Bum Bum. I've decided that I will add Pure Cardio on as an extra day this week. Obviously didn't feel up to it today and would rather not tack it on to Sculpt tmrw cause I won't be able to finish it so I'll just do it on it's own on Wednesday and move my rest day to Thursday. Problem solved!;)

That's all for now. My lazy kid is still in bed. Need to get him up and rollin' so we aren't late this morning! I can't say I blame him though....it's still miserable outside so I'd be in bed too if I had that option! :p

Hi Girls!

Back to report. I did 4DS chest/back, 2.5 miles on the TM and 40/20. I wanted to do abs but ran out of time.

Was not happy with DH today. I haven't spoken to him yet. Not only did he snore alnight, but he couldn't get his @ss out of bed! It drives me insane and I know I have whined about this before but the other day we had this conversation about how he needs to have more get up and go in the a.m. As a business owner I think he should be at work way earlier then his staff and that way he will get a ton of crap done. Half of the time, he is the last one to get to work!:mad: I kinda feel like the conversation wasted my time. The same as when people ask for workout advice and they don't do anything to follow it. Why bother asking? Anyway, he did NOTHING to help me today. He stayed in bed until 9. I worked out, cleaned DD's room, put DS in the tub, fed him and got ready myself!:mad::mad: Then I come to work and there is something going on with a purse a lady had left behind and she is all huffy and puffy about it. Not my prob. We sent it out just like she asked, thats all we can do. And then I open up the freezer to find 3 cans of pepsi exploded! This is gonna be a gooooooooooooooood day!

Wendy** Good job getting your workout done. I was so tired today. This one hour of sleep as me all fooled up!:eek: Im sure you will get that cardio workout in later this week!

I will bbl! Hopefully not to whine!

Monday...already...

We have snow, hopefully they will cancel Jerod's game!:p Probably not though as the temp is supposed to get up to 50 today.

I've decided to do legs this morning, like Lori I'm just not awake enough for a cardio w/o. If jerod's game is cancelled then I can go to bootcamp class and cardio will be covered for the day.

OMG, DS2 is playing rap crap...loud. I don't really mind since I'm awake, but DS1 is sleeping in the basement, right below DS2's room and DS1 works nights and sleeps during the day. How inconsiderate!

Wendy-sounds like you found a solution and will get all your w/o's in, just not today. :p

Lori-I have a snorer too...most nights are tolerable but sometimes I end up downstairs on a couch! I'm still waking up too. Enjoy whatever w/o you decide on. I'm actually starting to look forward to some circuits. I have another 6 weeks of STS and then I'm switching to kettlebells for a bit before starting another round of STS with Wendy and Jen.

Good morning girls!

I'm going to apologize in advance for the lack of personals and the quick post, but I'm swamped lately and am prepping for meetings on Wednesday. Wednesday meetings are a change to my usual routine and it requires some travel out of town. I haven't done them in a long time and it's nice to have a bit of a change of pace, but it's thrown a wrench in my regular schedule and is making me a bit crazy trying to get everything done!

I told Wendy last week that I'd be posting my rotation once I had it all figured out. I've decided to do a BBL/Shred combo with running thrown in for some extra cardio. Well, I had time to write it out this weekend, but couldn't get it posted thanks to the lack of ELECTRICITY and INTERNET this weekend :mad: Crazy weather here wreaking a lot of havoc! Anyway, this is the plan:

Sun: Shred Level 2 & Bum Bum
Mon: NMTZ circuits 1-4 & run (short, 35-ish mins.)
Tues: Shred Level 3 & High & Tight
Wednesday: Rest (Maybe Tummy Tuck)
Thursday: BFBM circuits 1-4 & run (short, 35-ish mins.)
Friday: Sculpt
Saturday: Long run & Tummy Tuck

I'm already off a day because I never worked out yesterday, so I did Shred L2 and Bum Bum this morning. Wow, great combo! I'll probably skip the rest day on Wednesday to stay on track for the week, but that TBD.

Sorry to hit and run, I'll try to pop back in later to see who is around and catch up on personals ~

Morning all !

Well I did end up doing High & Tight - good w/o though it does remind me alot of the floor work from B & G (I think that's the one). A few extra moves that Cathe doesn't do - good ones too ! I'm lazing a bit since I'm not working today and will do one of the suggested cardios for the RT before beginning my day's errands.

Wendy - sounds like you got your workout figured out and finished. Good job there. You going to join Jen with her rotation or continue with your Insanity add ons?

Lori - sorry about the snoring issue. I'm like Diana and end up leaving the bedroom. I tend to fall asleep better in my family room once I have been wakened - not sure why but I usually end up sleeping fine the remainder of the night.

Diana - Well my UB was sore before the end of the night last night. Not sure if it was the push ups (which I did minimum) or the fact that I did the entire CST at the same time? You sore ? I'll wait to do B&B so I can give it my all - not sure that would happen today. May do a Leg workout - contemplating Plyo rather than Meso 2 wk 4 - I'll see how my back feels. Do you have only one shower? That would never have worked out for us when the kids were here in the AMs. Did the kids get off their behinds y'day and get their chores done? Hope today goes better for you. Ugh - snow?

Jen - wondered how you were faring as I saw on the news it was one of the worst storms in ages back there. All OK with the new house? Good you have a bit of a change up at work - at least it keeps it a bit more diverse which is why I like my job. Sometimes I wish it was more routine, but probably wouldn't want it that way for too long.

Laura - looked like you had some decent weather down there this weekend? Did you have a good one?

Back to report CCC (4 rounds only) done. Man I was doggin' it ! :confused: Hoping I can gain a little endurance before the RT or I will be quite disappointed ! :(
 
Hey Ladies.

I'm on lunch and not in the mood to hang in the break room so here I am!

I posted that rotation but you KNOW it'll change atleast 10x before I start it! Mind you, I only have 1.5 weeks left of the current rotation so i don't have much time but when has that ever stopped me!? :p:D

Lori:: I feel your pain regarding DH but I've been told time and time again that most men are just dumb and ya gotta spell out what you want from them over and over again or it will not happen. If you want help around the around you have to ask for it and be specific about what you want him to do too or it won't happen! :rolleyes:

Diana:: I hate rap music so I would mind even if it weren't being played loud! :p After the rain blows through today we will get up to the 60's with sun this week! :):):)

Jacque:: As you can see I am going to do my own rotation. Insanity, HiiT and Kickbox will be included in my cardios of choice. I might be able to squeeze in one each week if I split up my cardio only day between 2 shorter work outs! :D CCC is a butt whooper for sure. Don't feel bad about not acing it. It's incredibly tough!!!!

Jen:: I like the looks of your rotation! Enjoy it! Sorry about the power outage. I hate when that happens. I am still amazed that we didn't lose power! No idea how we pulled it off but thankful nonetheless!

ETA:: I'm already thinking of ways to change the rotation btw!:p

Double BOOOOO Monday .. UGH

Hey all!!!

had a good weekend .. the time change has me messed up a bit though .. DH on nights .. so he is not in the best of moods STILL ... we had a great time FRI night making up .. but still feel somethings "off" .. thinking it has to do w/him TURNING 50 next week :eek: It just dawned on me this feeling of "offness" could be his anxiety over turning 50 ... :confused:.. so I am gonna try to be patient and give him a break (for now) .. SAT we did a Hiit workout - and P90x ABS . >YOWZA .. me fogot how frkn hard that was :eek: :confused: SIL was sore from heavy legs in the gym .. and then we both were sore SUN from p90X .. but SIL says she is STILL sore .. she says she is a wimp now .. LOL.. I actually saw her eat a biscuit SAT after the workout .. :eek: well 1/2 a biscuit ... DN ate TWO :eek: .. I was playing w/their new pup .. TOO cute and wittle puppy breath .. soooooo sweeeeet .. I swear between the pup .. and DN and the dogs and the cats.. YIKES .. it was crazy trying to workout w/them running everywehre the big lab NOR the cats like the pup and he was trying his best to get them to play .. LOL... the pup is like having new energetic extra kid in the house .. LOL!!!

Lori .. my DH snores .. UGH .. I am I am lightsleeper .. when he is on days .. and he is TIRED .. UGH .. he usually ends up in the extra bedroom so we both can get a good sleep .. I elbow, kick, and bounce the bed so to where he is up as much as me ... LOL.... errrrrrrrr .... poor thing .. your morning doesnt seem to be starting off well .. :confused: .. DH better tread lightly :p

Wendy .. my BBL is due in WED ...:D .. I am sooo excited .. I was telling my friend in FL about it .. and how ya'll raved about it .. and how it sounded like some updated oldie exercises I used to do .. SHE CAVED .. I had a "finger pointing ENABLER" email waiting for me when I got to work .. I told her not to blame me ..to blame YOU!!!! :p:p:p but hey .. at least we are enabling a HEALTHY vice right????

DI .. snow????? :confused: yikes ... our flowers and trees are blooming .. so is the POLLEN :confused: :mad: my pond already has a yellow rim around it . NO WONDER my sinuses are giving me fits!

Jacque .. we were to have temps near 70 this weekend something happened .. b.c it was wet and cold .. high around 50 .. they missed the forecast .. today high of 55 and cloudy .. and WIND .. it is HOWLING out!!! so you got your BBL .. how are you liking it???????? I finally caved mine willl be here WED

OK .. I hit the new walmart supercenter at lunch .. ate my entire lunch up .. I swear you would think it was a new hot night club or something .. the way people are swarming to it .. :confused: ... I guess for some it is a HUGE thing though ... LOL .. tonight is super step .. all cardio .. but since I skipped my lunch w/o I will prbly add in some shaping .. OK . better run . have a great one!:D
 
Hi ladies,

I have to work through lunch since I'm leaving early to get Jerod to a 5pm baseball game. The website says to check back after lunch, if the fields are too wet they don't let the kids play. They don't want to tear up the fields.

Jacque-CCC is on tap for tomorrow and it is on par with the HIITs IMO. I tried doing the cardio only version and couldn't hang with it at all. Of course I'd already done a weight and cardio w/o before giving it a shot. Great Job... Hope you do something fun for yourself today! Well actually, we have 3 showers but all my stuff is in the one DS2 was using! Just can't win in my house!

Jen-thanks for popping in...we know how busy you are! Your rotation looks great. Can't believe I'm already considering another round of STS with you and Wendy.

Wendy-already making changes to your rotation....no surprise there!!! After this week of STS I have an active recovery week....my week will be Insanity and HIITs...just in time for the EB RT. I'm only doing meso 3 one time through.
