Hey Ladies.
This morning I tried a new work out that I got for free as a download from a friend. It's called "Yin The Zone". It's a TA style work out. I didn't have time to finish it all. In fact, I couldn't even finish the lower body segment. I only got one leg done! The leg work just kept on going and going and....well, you get the picture! Anyway, I liked it but I still much prefer TA so back to my rotation tmrw!
