Good Evening. 
Thanks to you all for the B'day wishes over the past few days!
I got personally delivered flowers, a birthday balloon and a card from DH today at work. Now every woman in the office wants to marry him.

My mom picked me up and took me out for lunch today so I didn't have time to post like I normally would.
This morning's work out was short n sweet but still a goody!
32 reps of tube chops while seated on a stability ball (16 per side) + 16 reps of slow oblique mountain climbers on the stability ball x 3 rounds
then...
10 burpees + 10 alternating one arms swings + 10 bear crawls x 3 rounds
30 mins from warm up through stretch.
I officially requested the Friday before Memorial Day off from work today because AC here we come! WOOT WOOT!
Work continues to be busy busy but I love it. The weeks FLY BY now! It's pretty freakin' awesome!

Guess that's all for now-Gonna work on tmrw's work out plan now. I have a rough draft I made up last night before I opted to sleep in this morning so I will fine tune it for the morning. Btw, the scale and I are officially friends again. It's not exactly where I want it to be yet but it's close enough that I feel safe stepping on it these days. YAY!
