Good morning Fitness Women,

Last evening: Powermax and Pilates lower body exercises

Tonight: short cardio, abs, lower body and back work on schedule.

Won't be posting again till the weekend as I am leaving early tomorrow for a buisness trip (San Diego and Utah)...anyone here from either of those two plasces?

Good morning Cathy - have a good and safe trip.

Yesterday was IMAX3 and the very powerful feeling of completing all of those plie jacks!!! Still a little in shock over that!

Today is 200 walking lunges, a 40 minute power walk and a StretchMax segment.

Hello ladies:

Yesterday, I ran for an hour in the am and heavy chest at the gym. I came back from running with a bruised, swollen toe, but it didnt hurt at least. Looks disgusting though. Anyway, I need bigger shoes. It seems aerobic and running shoes are not created equal.

Today, is IMAX3 or a homemade step tape, coremax, shoulders and a good stretch. IMAX3 might be too much for my toe. SOmewhere in there I will try to fit in some lab work.

Yesterday I worked out chest and back off my smith machine. Also did Core Max 1 and 2.

Today will be PLB and Low Max Extended Version. (I will not be doing these back to back...one in the morning and the other in evening).

Nice workouts everybody!!!

I did IMAX 3 this morning but not in its entire due to time restrictions, had to go to work x( .
Like we discussed yesterday not one of my favourites at all. I don't like to jump on the step (fell on my nose once) and I don't like to jump off the step. :eek: Next week I will do IMAX 1 or 2 instead :7 .

I am not able to do a power walk, so I did Andre Cardio hi/lo and abs ( 66 minutes ) and 200 walking lunges.

Hi All!

Crazy day here! Not going according to plan but, I will adjust!!!
Workout: Did WU and leg conditioning drills of KM and since I got rained out of golf I wil go back and "try" the combos of KM now. (foot permitting) and a stretch.

Pilates class gets better each week and I am beginning to understand that if it seems to easy, it means I am doing it wrong. The instructor is very helpful at adjusting form. That just doesn't happen in a pilates DVD.

Sandra...Stepblast is a good workout too. Yes, I'd stay away from HCExtreme for awhile..:)..that little one is going to wait until SHE is ready!! Of the new DVD's I will try Butts and Gutts first I bet...:)

Jane...way to go on those Plie jacks!!! I am so glad to read you are doing better...:)

Cathy...hope the trip goes well. I used to live in Southern Cal so I have been to San Diego...many moons ago. Visited Utah a few times too..

Suzanne...YES! Definitely get a good pair of running shoes. You will feel the difference immediately..

Charlotte... way to work the lower body!!

Kristine...I took a little spill off the step last week. I was surprised that I landed very softly and didn't hurt anything!

I had a crappy day yesterday....just felt yukky. I did HCExtreme #2...the low and high intervals...

Today is Freestyle legwork, a 6 mile run and shoulders, bi's tri's plus abs.

Carole - I hope you feel better today. I'm impressed that you still got an excellent workout in even when you're under the weather!

Suzanne - Yikes - I hope your toe feels better. I'm going to buy some new shoes today because the pair I recently bought is a bit too big in the toe. Correct fitting shoes make ALL the difference!

Last night was Body Max and I was worried for nothing! It seemed a lot easier than I remembered and it was a lot of fun. I also did PH abs. I skipped the upper body work because I did PUB this morning. Tonight will be Low Max.

Today is High Step Circuit but I plan to substitue a walk instead. I need to keep the cardio to a low intensity for now.

I hope you all have great workouts, and Sandra, I've got my fingers crossed that today is the day you go.;)

Good morning everyone. Yesterday I did the TJ both cardio parties, the TJ lower body workout and 45 minutes in my stationary bike. Today I will do Turbo Jam again.I love TJ don't you think so? I will do the cardio parties, ab jam, turbo sculp and the 20 minutes workout. I have to stop myself from doing them everyday and several times a day! The music is great, the moves are fun, the instructor is wonderful,I loove TJ.

Today was SJP step & weights circuit.

Becky - thank you for your post yesterday! Awesome, huh? Nahhh, just trying to keep myself from going stir-crazy. :)

Jane - Amazing job on those plie jacks yesterday!! I can't imagine getting through all of those! Wow! Are your thighs feeling it today?

Carole - hm, that doesn't surprise me that you'll do B&G first! And then probably do a 25mile run right after LOL! I'm looking forward to the BodyMax2 the most.

Michelle - thank you! I hope today is the day, too!

Shannon - how did your Charlene Prickett weekend go?

Hi Fiddlefit, you asked me yesterday how I am, well, I don't think you honestly want me to go there,LOL!! Short story is we are still living in the renovation zone, with a stressed out dh, and I just don't feel my usual chipper self. I am kinda depressed and burned out from all we are doing and going through.;(

I hope you have your baby soon, if it is any consolation 2 of mine were 12 days late.:eek: But were and are very healthy babies and kids today.:)

I did Reebok's Power Blast today! Just need some variety in my workout.:)
 
I started off feeling okay yesterday but ended up feeling like I'd been hit by a truck. My upperbody was feeling like shakey jell-o and then my shins kicked in. I ran with my daughter on Sunday night for just a few kilometres but on Monday my shins were screaming. I think I overdid it with the C-Max lower body circuit and then running before my legs had recovered. As a result of this I took it easy today with an early morning 1 hour yoga session and I walked to work to try and loosen my shins up a bit. I got a ride home with a co-worker and will give these shins a break.

Carole, do you ever get shin splints, I've been stretching tibialis anterior and beating them lightly with my fists to get some circulation going and wondered what you do if and when you get them. Hope you're feeling better today than yesterday.

Jane, nice going with those 'love to hate 'em' pliee jacks. Those are tough.

Annette, hang in there, hope you feel more like your chipper self soon. Renovations can be extremely stressful as you well know.

Sandra, I haven't done SJP as is in ever so long, I might try it this week:).

Shannon, I want to hear about your High Adventure with Charlene Prickett too. I love her, she's the instructor who got my (formerly) big butt off of the couch 12 years ago. It wasn't until I had her complete library that I started looking for other w/o's and found Cathe. Charlene's awesome, she must be getting pretty close to 60 and she looks great.

Late today, but done. Intense spin class - increasingly difficult hill intervals, no break. Came home and did BC. :eek: I feel great now!

Good Afternoon Fitness Friends,

This morning I felt a little DOM from doing PUB & PLB yesterday.

I did some cardio, Turbo Jam cardio party mix 2, the ab ripper X, and Billy Blanks, Cardio Boot Camp. It took me about 85:00 minutes.

I am getting leaner with Turbo Jam, Billy blanks Ultimate Boot Camp, alternating them with Cathe weight workouts, and interval training twice a week.


I am getting leaner every day, it is working!
 
Hi all! I just don't seem to be getting here as often as I'd like lately. Yesterday I did BC and today was MIC. I had a HORRIBLE weekend eating wise and need to desperately make up for it.

Sandra - What are still doing here??? Where is that baby???:p Hope you are feeling well cosidering.:)
