Good morning fitness ladies,

Last evening: Warmup and cardio from CTX kickbox and then leg drills from KickMax followed by a lower body stretch and some core work

Tonight: PowerMax on schedule.

Good morning Cathy and all that follow....

Yesterday was Cardio & Weights. Good workout, first time I've done it in its entirety though I've done parts of it on the Terminator DVD.

Today is my much needed rest day. I'll get in a StretchMax segment.

Today I will be doing LowMax and I will also be doing some ab work.:D :D :D My oh my but how I love LowMax....it always leaves me feeling quite 'worked out'.

Cathy: Great workout last night and enjoy PowerMax, I know you really like that one...I'll have to dust it off one of these days.

Jane: Enjoy your well deserved rest day:p.

Carole: Yup...your right about the shoulder band work in GS: BSB....it REALLY fries}(

Good Morning, Ladies!

Woweee!! I did Pinky's mish mosh she made up w/Low Max. That is an awesome workout. It is posted on the DVD Questions and Comments. I used 30,40,50 lbs weights, and at cycle 7 I added 2 sets of 16 calf raises w/30 lbs. That was so much fun!! I am going to be doing that one again.

I highly recommend that one!

Okay, so this is the day. I'm starting anew!

Since I like to begin my work out week on a Sunday, today will be considered day # 3 on the schedule so I'll be doing cardio today...Step Blast here I come! It's been a while since I've done that one and I miss it.:)

I also have to go food shopping today and it's time for the weekly dinner at MIL's house as well. Figures, the exact day I start a new plan to shed this dang pregnancy weight I have to go "out" to eat! x( Don't get me wrong, I LOVE to eat there! Probably because my MIL does NOT cook for health...STRICTLY for the YUM factor!:9 }( :p I'll just have to try to go there a little full and eat less than I normally would. Then there is the matter of trying to figure out the calories I consumed at dinner when I come home...that won't be fun! :p

It's funny....right now I am the same weight that I was before I lost it about 3 years ago only it looks sooo much better on me!? Do you think it's from working out all of these years? I don't want to stay this weight but I think I look pretty good considering! ;)

Okay, now that I've chewed your ears off I am finally done! LOL

Cathy-How do you like KM?

Jane-C&W is such fun, I agree. Enjoy your well deserved rest day today.

Tammy-Low Max is a great work out, yes but OH THE PAIN! }(

Carla-You are a brave woman! I can barely survive LM blasts let alone put all of that extra weight work in there! OUCH! }(

Kristine-The windmills are fun! I don't think you are crazy! :)

I am back on track for the August rotation and today was KPC and the PLB floor portion which I will do tonight.

Call me crazy but I just love the windmills in that workout :+

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was Chest and Back and 400 Walking Lunges with 15 lb dumb bells. I started with C/B and increased my weight and used a 25 lb dumb bell when on bench and weight goes over the head...forget what that one is called. Cathe uses a 15 lb dumb bell. DOMS in my back now! LOL! I also did 3 sets of deadlifts using 25 lb dumb bells...burns the forearms abit though. LOL!

Today I will be doing the exact same thing as Carla and Core Work.

Good Morning Everyone!!

It's dreary and raining in my part of Ohio, but we need rain so badly, so I'll try not to complain! :)

This morning I did BodyMax for the first time. What a blast!! I skipped the upperbody weight segment because I worked upper body yesterday and added on Coremax 1 instead. (I can do all the levitation holds, but still struggle with planks!) Great workout!
I'm wondering how you like Bodymax Carole? I'm betting as a fellow cario junkie you love it too! Correction....I THOUGHT of myself as a cardio junkie until I saw your workouts, and I'm just a wannabe!!!:p :eek:

This morning is GS Biceps and L&G. One of these days I'll do all three sections in GS BSB in one w/o. Probably no cardio today, my DD is getting all her wisdom teeth out and she's being put out, so I'm sure I'll be doing some nursing today.
It's another great day in Cambridge Ont. Everyone, enjoy your workouts today.:)

My youngest is getting ready for High school orientation right now! She's excited and a little nervous, but happy to be getting back to school to all her friends soon. They start back the 23rd.

Good morning, ladies!

Last night was my first time with HSC. WOW! I haven't done a circuit workout in some time and this one just FRIED me! She's not kidding when she says this is an endurance workout you have to work up to. I also did the first combo of RS for the first time to "get my feet wet". What a blast!

Tonight is Low Max and then I'll probably add on a combo or 2 of RS! The third one looks a bit tricky.

Last night was The Viper and man, was I sweating!!! That's such a great workout.

Tammy - I have Lowmax on schedule too! I love how it creeps up on you!

Carla - I just checked out Pinky's Lowmax mish-mosh. I'll definitely be giving that one a try!

Kristine - I like the windmills in KPC too:)

Kristine....windmills are fun. I also enjoy any Cathe step with pendulums...:)

Wendy...have fun with Stepblast. Let us know what yummy food your MIL cooks!! I bet your body has changed somewhat from working out. You must definitely be stronger...

Becky..you are to funny. I think being a distance runner kinda goes hand in hand with being a cardio junkie!! I don't do Bodymax in its entirey.as much as I did when I first got it. I do sections of the upper body when I want to hit that part but am short on time. I have also done a mish mosh with the power circuit segments.

Good workout Sherry...hope your DD does well with the wisdom teeth pulling!! I never had trouble with mine getting pulled, but it was a LONG time ago.

Sandra...I think it is a great idea you will sleep in a bit. Yes sleep is a big priority for you!!

I have some DOMS from P90X back & Bicep. I know it is from those pull-ups and chin-ups..http://smilies.sofrayt.com/sae/fitness1.gif[/img] Today I am doing freestyle legwork, a 6 mile run (DH might even ride his bike with me) abs and GS Shoulders, Triceps and Chest.

Shelley, they start middle school here at the 7th grade or 12 to 13 yrs old.

She is also going to get her eyebrows waxed today too. She doesn't want to start a new school with a unibrow. Thought 12 was too young, but I don't want her getting teased about her eyebrows!!! She is a very sensitive girl. Can start crying if you look at her crosseyed.:)

Hi all,

Thank you so much for your thoughts and vibes and hugs yesterday.

Am home from work early today: the guy who's supposed to help me learn the ropes got called away and my other colleague doesn't know a thing about the system I'm working with, so they told me to go home early.

My fist day was very chaotic and confusing. The guy I'm going to replace never had to teach anyone his job before and he hadn't prepared anything. So he was explaining 4 dbases in one go which got me totally confused. He would be talking to me then suddenly remember something and take me somewhere to show me or change subjects suddenly. I reviewed my notes after I got home yesterday evening trying to make sense of it all. I again reviewed this morning at breakfast.

My colleague gave me a task to do today that I finished just after lunch. He was totally surprised I got it done so quickly and obviously hadn't prepared anything else for me.

Well, I used to be a management assistant (at least that's what it was called overhere). Now I think my job is what you might call an admin, I think. Not sure actually.

Anyways, tomorrow is my day off (don't work Wednesdays).

Did 35 minutes on the elliptical this morning plus PS triceps and shoulders.

I haven't been around here much lately - busy at work. I can't believe they actually expect me to WORK while I'm at work. The nerve!!! :p

Yesterday I did HSChallenge. And today I did LowMax. My legs are totally fried and sore and jello-like. Do you think people would point and laugh if I just rolled to the bathroom in my office chair? It would be eaiser than getting up and walking...

Going through the cafeteria line will be a challenge too - the salad bar is too high up to reach from a chair! ;)
 
Great workouts everyone! Today i am doing MIC for the firsttime and then pub. In the rotation scheduled for today I don't have the workouts so I am substituting my own.

Hey Charlotte-After seeing your post on the breakdown on the crunches I am tryingit today as well! Wish me luck!
