Good Morning Ladies!
Okay, so this is the day. I'm starting anew!
Since I like to begin my work out week on a Sunday, today will be considered day # 3 on the schedule so I'll be doing cardio today...Step Blast here I come! It's been a while since I've done that one and I miss it.
I also have to go food shopping today and it's time for the weekly dinner at MIL's house as well. Figures, the exact day I start a new plan to shed this dang pregnancy weight I have to go "out" to eat! x( Don't get me wrong, I LOVE to eat there! Probably because my MIL does NOT cook for health...STRICTLY for the YUM factor!:9 }(

I'll just have to try to go there a little full and eat less than I normally would. Then there is the matter of trying to figure out the calories I consumed at dinner when I come home...that won't be fun!
It's funny....right now I am the same weight that I was before I lost it about 3 years ago only it looks sooo much better on me!? Do you think it's from working out all of these years? I don't want to stay this weight but I think I look pretty good considering!
Okay, now that I've chewed your ears off I am finally done! LOL
