Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday I did 300 walking lunges with 15# db's. 500 crunches combined with 50 situps. 2 sets of 6 squats at 95#. 3 sets of 15 leg curls w/35# plate.

Today is my rest day and I will be napping later. I did not get enough sleep.

Good morning everybody!!! :)

I did one hour yoga this morning and I feel nice and relax now :D !
I will do CM #1 this evening. I was supposed to do it yesterday, but I was too tired :eek: !

Another cold front came through and we are back down to 67 degrees and it feels wonderful :D !

Tammy- I like L& G , in fact for freestyle I did the ankle weight premix yesterday.

Today's plan : 300 walking lunges (already done. I did them before going back in house after driving kids to school) 30" cardio, CTX shoulders and abs.

Today was a step workout of my choice, so I did Seasun's RSS, about 80 minutes including a great ab section.

Feeling really tired this week, don't really know why, but everything seems like a challenge. Oh well.

I am teaching step aerobics tonight. YIPPEE.....just love doing that! I'm feeling pretty energetic those girls better watch out! Maybe we'll tackle 45 minutes tonight. :7

Hello ladies:

I just returned from my early morning hour long run along the lakefront. Its finally cooler and less humid making my run very enjoyable. I have been trying to increase my running speed lately, but due to herniated disc surgery within the last few years I am somewhat limited as to how fast I am able to run. Its getting a smidge frustrating, but I guess I shouldnt expect too much too soon and risk injury.

Sounds like everyone is planning a great workout for today!

Morning all. Today was L&G followed by SJP abs. My 2 year old was up almost every hour on the hour last night crying. Not exactly sure why, but let's just say I did some of my sleeping in a rocking chair trying to help her fall back to sleep. I have a feeling I'm going to be dragging today.

Hi good morning everyone, yesterday I did TJ cardio party nº 1 and 2, TJ 20 minutes workout and ab jam.Today I will do Tear it Up of the Slim Series,TJ lower body jam and Chest, Shoulders and Triceps P90X. Have a great day everyone.

Today ended up being a CTX day,LOL!! I did CTX LL warm up, then did CTX back work, then CTX Kickbox and abs off of Leaner Legs. I was down another half a pound so whatever I am doing is working,LOL!! Wish I knew what it was :+ . Kinda ended up with more leg work since the LL warmup is all the squats and low ends with no weight. :eek: It felt pretty good.:)

Today in the rotation was step of my choice and I chose Power Max. Gotta love the thong leotards and Cathe saying "looks hot" about 6 times!

I did StretchMax #1 this morning. I am sooo ready to start back with some light cardio, but am forcing myself to wait until Monday morning. Kate's needing some attention, so I'd better go.

I am on the October rotation with Kali, Becky, Kim and a few others out there.... I did the step portion only of SJP with warm up, then the step combos 1, 2, 3 from SB with cool down and stretch, run time about 1 hour.

I then did CM #2 and those knee roll-ins were so much fun on these arms that endured GS C&T yesterday. MAJOR DOMS!!!:eek:

Low Max after LL was great fun! }( Thankfully I only did 20 mins of the step only premix...I didn't have the time nor the inclination to do anything TOTALLY insane! LOL I will tell you though that I did NOT feel my legs through the first 5 minutes of the cardio! :p
