Good Morning Fit Chicks!

It looks like an unscheduled rest day for me too...we are heading down to the city to look at apartments for DS#1.

My other two sons are anxiously waiting for the UPS man to drop off the new Harry Potter.

Hi all,

I did Christi Solid Gold Cardio and Ab hits today, then we are off to Geauga Lake for our company picnic, it is a beautiful day!

Our Potter book is expected today too!!!!!!!!!!!
 
HI ladies,

The post offices are expected to recieve the drop shipments of Harry Potter, they were told they were not allowed to be delivered until Saturday. All of the mail carriers in are office were told to be xtra careful as they may get many children approacing the trucks looking for the books. All the mailman will be very busy today!!


Today is get back on track for me today. My rotation went offline last week, I was very tired all week and did not want to get my butt out of bed. Although I did get 3 days of cardio in. This week I'm back on a regular schedule so it should be easier.

Today will be some sort of cardio and maybe some weights. I think it might be drill max. I also have to get DD ready to go on vacation with my DM and DGM.

I did 30 min. dumbbells only upper body workout off of PS series for my workout today.

Today is also my middle son's 13th birthday, I have another teenager in the house.:eek: :) :7

He's a good kid, I think we'll keep him,LOL!!:D

I ended up canning spin and doing a 30 min IClimb on the EXT and a 20 min ITread at walking pace instead.

Well...the apartment hunt is still on x( x( x( ...what they get for $1250 in NYC amounts to the size of my bathroom x( x( x( We are waiting for more listings from our broker. We are running out of time and the pressure is on :eek:

I am tired after not getting enough sleep again this week. My workouts are on track, and my eating has been clean for 21 days! I need to focus on getting to bed at a decent hour from now until the Road Trip. Here is a summary of my workouts for this week:

07-17-07 a.m. Legs and Glutes (standing legs and stretch)

07-18-07 a.m. Step, Jump, & Pump (cardio and stretch)
07-18-07 a.m. Step Blast (challenge and stretch)

07-19-07 a.m. Supersets

07-20-07 a.m. Stretch Max (second segment)

07-21-07 a.m. Drill Max
