Yesterday: CTX-Triceps and for freestyle- Lower Body Split (Firm)
Finished all my housecleaning too.

Tonight: GymStyle back, short cardio and freestyle leg work on schedule.

Today for me will be CTX: UBS and CTX: 10-10-10 (I feel like doing a little bit of everything today) w/u and cardio only.

Hey ladies.

Yesterday was Power Hour and the first 20 minutes of Step Works (not including w/u) plus abs. I upped my weights in PH on almost all of the weight work to really challenge myself. I had to lower my weight back down part way through for some of the ex's but I survived for most. :+

Today is circuit, xtra cardio and abs.

I got on the scale and have gained a few pounds since last week. x( My clothes are not tighter (looser infact) and I don't FEEL fat so WTF!? Well, hopefully it's not a permanent change and will drop back off soon...

I haven't been on the boards all weekend. It looks like congrats to Sandra and baby are in order!

Today is catch up day, UB= PUB, short cardio, and pilates class. Of course it is Monday, so that means home blessing, aka cleanning, errands and driving kids to and from sports.

Good Morning Fit Women,

Another one that hasn't been checking in here much either. Had my own Toasty Rotation Check In so just stuck with checking in there.

Yesterday I did not rest because I rested on Saturday instead. I did Chest, Lats and Bi work instead. Worked alot off smith machine.

Today will work tri's and work out abs using all the Cathe videos I have for ab work, except for the Core Maxes. LaundryMax scheduled too. I think my family has been wearing too many clothes this week...where did it all come from???? Good Grief!!!!!

Good morning everybody! :)

Today I started week 2 of my P90X rotation with Cathe DVDs and today was GS Back, Shoulders and Biceps. I will do CM #1 tonight when I get home.

Sandra - Congratulations to you and the baby, it sounded like you had a wonderful delivery!!!

Cathy - sounds like a nice workout, enjoy

Tammy - for some reason I like CTX the least

Wendy - that's is definetely muscle mass and you will get to a point where you can't go after the scale anymore

Carla - I got my DH on the treadmill for the first time yesterday :D

Charlotte - Great workout as usual

Charlotte...with just my DH and me I am always surprised at how quickly my laundry gets full..

Yesterday I did a tough 14 mile trail run. Today is freestlye legs, P90X Back & Biceps, abs and Cardio Kicks...

Yesterday I did the Gaunlet, and Ab Ripper X. This morning I did HSPA, Core Max 3 and Turbo Jam party mix 1.

I feel great after these two great workouts in a row.

I wish all of you a very productive and happy week.
 
Sandra- congratulations on the big little girl you had. Sounds like the delivery went smoothly. Was your 1st little girl that big and long at birth? I had 2 that were over 10 pounds but they were both 22 in. long.

Enjoy that baby girl, I am officially jealous now since of course I have all boys,LOL!!

I did PUB Triceps and Biceps and abs off of PSSL&A and PSBB&A!!:)

My back is really hurting so pray that it feels better soon.:(

Kristine- What rotation are you doing?. I have finished my first round of P90X and I am looking for a new challenge. I can not decide what I am going to do: the august rotation ? a endurance rotation with cardio ?.

Logos- Sounds you had a great time with HSPA, Turbo Jam and the CM segment 3.

Conni, Kali and Jane- IMAX 2 is my favorite IMAX workout. Enjoy it.

Carole- You are a superwoman.Freestyle legs,P90X back and biceps and Cardio Kicks. You go girl.

Annette- Of course I hope you will feel your back better soon.

Charlotte- Have a great abs maraton.

Yesterday I did Power Half Hour abs, Power Half Hour bun shaper, Firm it up of the slim series and 1 hour in my stationary bike. Today I will work my chest, back and abs. I will do a short cardio workout too.

Morning all. I did KPC this morning. Unfortunately I think I pulled a muscle is my right leg half way through, so I had to kind of take it easy through the second half. I hope it feels better by tomorrow.
I had a not so good weekend this weekend. I took both Saturday and Sunday off (which I NEVER do) and I ate like a pig all weekend. I feel horrile now and can't wait to get back on track this week.

Yesterday I was supposed to rest, but I did all the cardio from the Gauntlet and ME abs.

Today I have planned a 3 mile run, MM and GS Legs Floorwork only. Yikes!

Congrats Sandra! I love that Mari called it BabyMax--and with the size of Kate, I think that applies! What a nice story. I can't believe you were at the hospital less than 12 hours! My 2 c-sections were just slightly different than that.

Friday I did PUB. It had been so long since I'd done that, that it felt brand new. Plus, it was very effective. I had major DOMS, including in my lats, which I never get it in.

Saturday I ran 45 minutes--new running shoes arriving today :) :)

Sunday I did HC Extreme #2--all intervals from LM, IMAX 3 and KM--killer!

Today I was worn out, so I did Super Sets. Easier, but if you use enough weight, you still feel it.

Hey everyone! I'm late checking in today but I've been up since 4:45 this morning - not by choice, ugh.

Did Gauntlet and abs from C&W today. Didn't want to go overboard since I had a tough workout yesterday as well.
