Good morning,
This morning I did Low Max Step-only premix. That's a nice little step workout in itself! The only thing I miss is how nicely stretched out my hips and back get from doing the blasts. I feel like I got a good cardio workout, but may have to do a stretch segment later on today.
Jane - Yes, if your dvd player is programmable, then you can insert the title/chapter numbers of each segment you want, and make up any continuous workout you want on the dvd. Your player should have some kind of a display that shows the title/chapter number that is playing. You need to watch the workouts and write down the numbers of the segments you want. I looked through my notes on the Timesaver dvd, and notice that the last two hi/lo segments of SJP are not included in any of the workouts. Perhaps you can just do the first two segments twice? Incidentally, my dvd player calls this feature "Memory"; don't know what other players call it.
Tammy - Thanks for checking! Yup! Still here! Watching my ticker move at what seems like a snail's pace. Oh well. Enjoy Step Blast for me. It's my favourite Cathe cardio.
Suzanne - I gave you a welcome back yesterday, but not sure if you saw it. It's good to see you posting again!!
Becky - glad to hear you enjoyed KPC so much! I'm not a fan of kickboxing, either, but that workout always charges me up. Did you add on any leg work? Once you're comfortable with both KPC and LG, you should try the 82min premix of the two workouts together. It's a hoot, and gets you really good! }(
Shelley - feel better soon!
Carole - I'm doing pretty good, thank you for asking. I'm convinced that there is not actually a baby in my belly. I was misdiagnosed, and this is some unheard of disorder, and my belly will stay this big and uncomfortable forever. I'm not a football fan, but I recall you and a few others discussing it last year. That workout you have planned for today looks really tough on the legs! How long does it take you to do the freestyle leg work?
Mariángeles - enjoy your preview of BB! Previewing new workouts is one of my favourite ways to spend an afternoon. It's always exciting to get something new.
"Hi" to everyone else! Have a great day!
Sandra
