Good morning fellow fitness women,

Yesterday morning: S&H shoulders

Yesterday late afternoon: CTX Kickbox (warmup and cardio) followed by GymStyle Legs (floor exercises and stretch).
In between cleanMax and had to eun into work for a few hours.

Tonight: Cardio, triceps and freesyle leg work on schedule.

Yesterday morning I did Leaner Legs & abs...

I had the intent to do Low Max in the evening but I will be VERY busy today so I did not know if I'd get to w/o so I opted to begin the October rotation a day ahead of the group of ladies I am doing it with so I did Monday's w/o last night which called for...

Gymstyle Back/Shoulders/Biceps which I do not have so I subbed in CTX UBS Back/Shoulders/Biceps x 2. I slowed down the counts to atleast 2-2 or 4-4 or most exercises and went heavier. OUCH is all I can say! LOL I didn't even have the energy to do biceps x 2! I stopped after the first time. I'm gonna do the biceps again this morning since it won't take long & I don't want to cheat! :p

I'm thinkin' DOMS is a certainty today! I even did LL with heavier weights than usual! KILLER! }(

Where are you all today?
Well it's Monday and it feels like it!!

Today starts the new Oct. Upper Body Bliss rotation , so it's GS back/biceps & shoulders.
This rotation really looks good and I'm anxious to get started!!

Yesterday was stretching #3 from the new stretch dvd, and I walked on a fitness trail at a park in the next town.

When I first started doing Cathe I did it a lot! Once I started aquring more of her w/o's I left it behind to do the "new" stuff...well, now I remember why I did it alot! I'm gonna keep it on top of the pile from now on!:)

Today was Kick Max and Legs & Glute premix.

Today is a very busy day! My boys are out for fall break too. That means they have to go w/me where ever I go. They aren't going to be too happy. They like to lay around in their undies and do their own thing all day!

I'm back after a weekend in Beantown with my DH to visit our two college kiddos. We did an amazing amount of walking during our visit. It is such a pedestrian and dog friendly town!

Now it is back to routines.
today is Clean Max, cardio and Pilates class.

Good morning, ladies! I am doing the Oct rotation but I'm a couple of days ahead as I can get more workouts in on weekends than weekdays. Today I am scheduled for GS Chest & Triceps and I will also do some cardio... maybe a portion of KPC or Kickmax.

Haven't checked in all weekend, so I need to update.

Saturday - Bootcamp
Sunday - Kari Danceworks, abs. 30 minute walk.
Today - GS BSB, Coremax 3.

I don't know about Imax 3 tomorrow. I am a little "maxed" out from the last rotation. We shall see...

Good Morning Everyone!

Yesterday was biceps and tricep work. Just on my own, no video. Still going heavy for biceps, but lowering weight to work entire biceps too using barbell and db's. Getting full range and all angles on triceps too.

Today I will be working shoulders and abs

Cathy...always a good workout..

Wendy...good idea to slow the count down so. You can normally go a bit heavier when you do that. I even got bicep DOMS last week doing CTX biceps!

Becky...I agree this months rotation looks great for the upper body...I might even do that GS workout today!

Tammy...I never have done much of the cardio from CTX...I should.

Carla...good workout...

Judy...sounds like you and your DH had a nice weekend!

Marie..good way to adjust to the rotation!

So, today I might try my Cardio Kicks DVD again. I seem to be having trouble with this DVD...I think I have to just let it play instead of try to fast forward...I even cleaned it...so we will see. Also freestyle legs and maybe GS BSB with the rest of you...:)

Good morning everyone! How are things on the daily check in? I'm waiting for 2 weeks post partum before starting any active workouts again, but I've decided that until then, I will do a segment of StretchMax every day. Being sedentary is just not my thing. StretchMax #1 felt wonderful this morning.

Kate is doing very well. She is so sweet that I'm surprised that I haven't eaten her up yet (it's tempting!). She nurses a couple of times during the night, with the last time being around 5am. Then she usually has a solid 3 hour nap. I've decided to use that time to do my workouts; that's when I used to do them before I got pregnant. Hopefully we can get into some sort of routine.

Wendy - CTX upper body work two times through??? OUCH! I hope you still have enough strength to pick up Joey!

Carla - your sons are on fall break? I've never heard of that. Is their school year different than most? The school year just started here. It's too soon for a break! My 5 year old DD would live in her pjs all day if she could. She finds getting dressed "boring."

Judy - is Beantown the nickname for Chicago, or Boston?

Marie - welcome back to the check in!

Carole - hello! Enjoy CK today!

Up here in these northern parts it is already quite cold, and the daylight hours are getting shorter and shorter. This is the time of year when I start craving coffee, but I don't want to be intaking caffiene while nursing a baby. Ignoring the coffee maker over these next few months is going to require all the self-discipline I have x(

Yesterday I did Shape it Up of the Slim Series, TJ cardio party nº 1 and 1 hour in my stationary bike.

Today I will do Firm it Up of the Slim Series, the GS back, shoulders and biceps and the low impact step segment of the Cathe's low impact step/body sculping dvd.

Hi gals, I did a mixture of stuff today because I woke up with a sore back sooo I did Body Max's step warm up( I really wanted to do the whole step portion but my back was hurting too bad,sigh) then I did the 8 min. taebo, I also did MIS biceps and abs with cooldown stretch. All in all about 20 min. each of weight(including abs) and 20 of cardio, I did my own warm up also.:7

Sandra, congratulations!! You post-partum ladies are all so inspiring. After I had my kids, all I wanted to do for weeks was SLEEP! :)

Good morning ladies:

Sandra, so nice to see you back. Sounds like you've already settled down into a routine.

I've been fighting a slight virus since Friday afternoon. I rested Saturday, but then ran 53 minutes yesterday. My new shoes felt terrific. It was warm, humid and windy yesterday, so I was whipped after that. Hopefully I can go an hour next weekend--hoping it will cool off--so much nicer to run in the 50's as opposed to the 70's.

Today I started the rotation and did GS BSB. I was happy it was weights and not cardio after yesterday.

Morning all. This morning was MIC. Had a lot of weekend eating to work off. We celebrated my husbands Birthday this weekend, so I feel like I did nothing but eat.

Sandra - Glad everything is going so well. You'll be back in pre-pregnancy shape in no time.
