Good Morning Fitness Women,

Yesterday: Gym Style Triceps, S&H Shoulders and last 30 minutes of Firm Lower Body Split for my freestyle leg workout. Finished my cleaning yesterday too plus went to work for a few hours.

Tonight: a short cardio, perhaps 10-10-10 plus GymStyle biceps.

Good Morning, Cathy and Tammy and Everyone!

It seems the Check In has shrunk alot! I remember when there were so many! It took like an hour to read what everyone was doing! What happened?:(

Well, I finished Cathe's Butt & Gut Rotation. I added some, but got great results. My legs are looking nice! Today I started Upper Body Bliss. I am going to add some things to it too.

Today GS Bi/Ba/Sh & CTX 10*10*10 & abs.

Yes, I noticed too that the thread is getting smaller and smaller. I think it's because there are soo many different check-ins now. I will stick with this one though :7 .

I did SH B&T this morning. Used a little different weights when last week but I think I like it better how I did it last week.

Hi Cathy, Carla, Tammy and Kristine! Great workouts ladies!


I was doing the Upper Body Bliss but have decided to switch to the August 04' rotation today. So I did L&G's and I'm going to go for a power walk after I take the boys to school. UBB did wonders for me, but I need to get focused on my lower half again.

I have work 5-11:30 (yuck) so I'm going to get some stuff done around the house today. Working that late rots, but the night shift seems to go by faster than the day. So it's 6 of one or a 1/2 dozen of the other. I'm just grateful to have a nice job that I like going to.

It's cold and raining here......very dreary.:-(

Yesterday was a hike in the woods in the rain. Today I did Cardio Kicks. Love those drills!}( AND , I love that I'm done!!;-)

Yesterday I did Tear it Up of the Slim Series, TAEBO advanced live 3, TJ cardio party nº 2, TJ ab jam and stationary bike. Today I will do Mix it Up of the Slim Series and TJ 20 minutes workout. Hi Everyone,

My workout this morning was LowImpact Step. I did the cardio blast twice. I hope to get an abs section in later and a lower body floor work, perhaps PLB(floor) or GSL(floor).

Morning ladies! Today I did High Step Challenge for the first time. I liked it. I didn't have the resistance band, so I used dumbells instead. I'm sure it's probably better with the bands, but I still got a really good workout.

Yes, it seems that this check in has shrunk but us old faithfuls will still be around,LOL!!

I am trying something different this week since my boys are off of school this week ( I homeschool for those that don't know and we do a 6 wks. on 1 wk off schedule and this is their week off, YEA!!!).

So I am going to try and do each body part (with the exception of legs) twice in one week. So today I did CTX chest and PS shoulders and abs off of PSSL&A, and for cardio I did Cardio Kicks minus the power drills. It will be nice because the weights will be just about 30 min. and my cardio can be longer this week because we have no school to get done but normally when school resumes I will do a 30 min. cardio to have an hour workout.:) I will do only weights on Wednesdays since that is normally my leg day.

I will let you know how it goes.

I have my annual GYN appointment this afternoon and of course dh took us out to lunch yesterday after church and my weight is up slightly. Oh well, I am happy and that is all that matters, right?!?!:p

Hi again, my workout is done. I have done TAEBO bootcamp basic, Turbo Jam 20 minutes workout and Mix it Up of the Slim Series.Later I will do 30 minutes in my stationary bike. See you tomorrow.

Hi. No time for lots of reading and writing today. Kate is very demanding today; constantly hungry. She's squawking at me yet again to eat. So, I shall quickly report that this morning I did Step Fit (interrupted once to feed the baby, even though I fed her just before I started the workout!).

Some of us faithfuls just check in late!!! I did GS standing Legs alternating a few exercises with the Kicking and Punching drills from L&G. Felt really good. This afternoon I'll do PUB shoulders, bi's and tri's alternating with some Lowmax intervals and then some abs too.

Good workouts all around..:)

Sandra...I'm glad Kate let you get in Stepfit with just one interruption!! She does need you today...:)

Yesterday was PUB(no abs), and 20mins. bike. Today was PLB and GSlegs floorwork plus abhits.

Hi girls.

Yesterday was a forced rest day-wasn't home all day and then busy and too exhausted to exercise by the time I returned around 7pm.

Today...so far 30 mins of Firm's Max Intensity Cardio which ended abruptly when I fell on my a$$ cause I tripped over the fanny lifter! LOL

Tonight I hope to try Low Impact Step and I hope NOT to fall!:p
