Good Morning Fitness Ladies;

Last evening:
GymStyle Chest- with warmup and stretch
PLB- Warmup, leg presses, squats/plie squats; Pilates Methods lower body exercises
Since I got home early last night decided to test TurboJam-did Dance party and the 20 minute workouts. Found neither one of them challenging.They are probably good for those doing low intensity or moderate intensity cardio. See my review on this forum.

Tonight: LowMax plus legs drills from KickMax on schedule

Today I'm planning on PowerMax and CoreMax ToughCore PreMix.

For some reason, I am not into my running schedule this week. So far I've missed three runs. I did replace them with cardio though, so all is not totally lost!

Cathy: I love LowMax....I have to keep myself from NOT doing it all the time! Enjoy!

Sandra/Fiddlefit: Just want to say Hi! You are still doing some awesome workouts. You are very close now....good luck!

Good morning Cathy and Tammy,

Great workouts ladies. I love LowMax also Tammy.

Yesterday I did GS Legs for the first time and fried my legs. That is one tough workout!!

Then, since I could still walk a little, I did the 37 cardio conditioning premix off KPC. These two DVD's are my new ones, and I wanted to give them a spin. I liked that segment of KPC. It is a lot like KickMax which I love.

I can walk today but I'm really feeling it in my legs.

Today will be a cardio with some upper body work. Tomorrow is rest day.

Today is my son's 25th birthday. I can't believe I have a 25-year-old!!

I'm off today because I work the weekend. Lots of errands to do since I haven't been out of the house since Sunday. Have a wonderful Friday everybody.
 
Good morning everybody! :)

I did a 30 min Hill Climb on my treadmill this morning and it was quite challenging. I can't wait to get my energy back ;-) .

Cathy - I love Lowmax, one of my most favorite workouts

Tammy - Don't worry, you will be back on your running schedule next week

Jane - GS Legs is really tough. I can't do both set of calf raises or I won't be walking for 2 days x(

good morning ladies! great workout going on as always :) I'm resting today. My hip is in a bit of pain & I'm only guessing it's from all the high intensity jumping. I'll hit the gym over the weekend.

Good Morning Ladies...

So I did the Low Impact Step circuit work out last night and I took 2 walks with Joey at about 45 mins a piece so I am including that as my reg. cardio. The step w/o had abs in it so that was taken care of too.

Today is straight cardio and abs.

So I really liked the new dvd-I got it yesterday. To me it was a mix of Body Fusion and Low Max. The moves were pretty basic like BF and she put in lower body blasts at the end of each step segment like some of the stuff she does in Low Max. I used a set of risers (I usually don't use any)and got a great work out! I burned over 500 cals! The circuit is about 70 minutes long from start to finish. I'm happy I purchased it. :)

Yesterday was C & W, 200 jumping jacks (non stop) and 40 pushups.

Today will be KPC and Super Sets (lower body only) and my DARE of 1000 walking lunges while acting like a chicken (fool)! LOL!

Tammy...Lowmax is quite fun. Probably good to give your body a break from running.

Morning all!

DD was sick last night, so I got a bit of a workout in. Did GS Legs floorwork for the first time. WOW! It's killer!

Then I did KPC warm-up and most of the high intensity cardio at the beginning, before I was needed:)

I'm going to try for MM tonight, but I've been up most of the night, so I may just do CrashonthecouchMax:p

This morning I took it outside for a 50 minute fast walk. Also did PUB w/o abs. About 2 hours total.
Now if I can just eat good today!!!:*

Good morning everyone,

I am off today so I didn't have to workout quite so early. Just finished MIS, I have Lowmax planned for tomorrow, Stretchmax and Coremax for Sunday, then it's off to the races for the September rotation on Monday!

Have a great holiday weekend, don't use too much gasoline, and donate if you can to the Hurricane Relief efforts!
 
I did a 47 min. walk at a leisurely pace with an occasion jog or sprint. With dh home for the next 10 days or so (we are on "vacation") and working on the house it is hard to get a good workout in. I hadn't walked in a long time so it was something different.

I'd like to join my first ever fitness check-in! What can I say, you guys are just so inspiring I WANT to come out of lurking. This morning I did PS Upper Body (an oldie but a goodie, I am always suprised at what a good workout this is when I come back to it), and this afternoon I'll be going mountain biking with my DH. Today for me is a 5 mile run. This will be my last weekend at the Ren Faire. Don't know what I will do with my free weekends now that I will have them. Of course they will be booked up pretty quick I'm sure.

Hi everyone,

This morning I did LowMax intervals 4-7, then the third segment off the new stretch dvd. Doing LowMax premix #2 was originally my plan for today, but then I received the new workouts yesterday and thought I'd do the step workout instead. Then I previewed the workout, and thought, "Gee, this is a mini-LowMax, but without the great music." Even the two blasts are directly imported from LM, more or less. So, I decided to stick with my original plan. I think the second half of LM is near the top of my list for favourite cardio workouts. Low Impact Step looks like a very good workout; I think I'll do it next week. I really liked the stretch segment (had to modify all the moves where she lays prone on the stability ball).

Tammy - thanks for thinking about me! If anyone's taking bets, I'm thinking (desperately hoping?) that Monday is going to be the big day. :)

Carole - those KPC/LG premixes are so good. I wish she'd put KickMax and GS Legs on the same dvd.
