Daily Checkin Friday July 21

Hi all, no formal exercise today but I did pull lath and plaster off the walls getting face full of plaster dust and dirt.

Today is however my middle son's 12th birthday!!! Happy Birthday Jeremiah!!!:7 :+ :7 :D :)

Afternoon everyone -

Kim - yup, I second everyone's opinion - see a doc. My hip pain was diagnosed as bursitis years ago. It acts up less frequently since I lost my weight, but it still flares up occasionally. High impact workouts can bother it too.

Yadi - Welcome aboard!

Elaine - I love that L&G workout too! I don't like weight workouts if I don't sweat enough, but that one gets me every time.

Wendy - how's that knee feeling?

Today was a rest day for me. I'm starting my first ever rotation tomorrow. I based it on one of Cathe's old rotations and subbed for the workouts I don't have yet. I'm hoping to see some real progress in the lower body so I'm really psyched to start.

Hello ladies,

I have no workout to report today. I had so much to do and now my exercise area is being taken over by kids. I have to start cooking for company in a while and I am just tasting those steaks!:9 :9

My hip doesn't give me much problem today unless I get up from sitting. I will do some upperbody tomorrow since I will have all day.
This is really hard to stay away from cardio for afew days since I had to quit for a whole year! Maybe my hip just needs alittle rest.Maybe too much kickboxing?
