Goooood Morning ladies,

And a good morning it is. I did 30min of Imax 2 (int. 1-5) incl. cooldown but no stretch, then added PS back&biceps with a stretch. I also prepped some walls for wall papering and painting. And ofcourse walked with Spike.

I'm feeling rather faint, so I'm off to have a sandwhich.

Yesterday was All Step. That's one I haven't done in a long time.

Today is interval day, so one of the IMAX's I believe. Will decide this evening which one.

I am feeling so full of energy today. Love that feeling!

Today Power Max, abs, and Power Hour.

This weekend we are going fishing out in the boat in the beautiful, blue Gulf of Mexico! Then we will probably pull up to to the dock at the Oyster Bar and eat some! Yum!! What plans does everyone have this weekend? Hope it is something fun!

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was Squats off Smith Machine.... 3 sets of 12's using 75lbs. Leg curls 3 sets of 8's off bench using a 25lb plate.

Today I will be working upper body.

I noticed my arms are starting to get curvy, and they have never been so before so I added the picture in my profile for August. I can't believe how much my body has changed since January!!!

Hello check in Readers

I have missed a day or two of checking in so here is my update. I have changed my rotation for this week because of *life*

Wednesday- did Finn 'Yoga for Happiness' I had been sleep deprived and very tight feeling. Yoga was just the right workout.

Thursday - I felt really good so I did Boot Camp twice. It was really fantastic.

*Now I do Boot Camp with TREADMILL SPRINTING for the cardio and run through some of the recovery phases also. I do this because my treadmill is kinder to my Plantar Fasciitis than my workout floor (carpet/pad over cement)

Today (Friday) will be steady state cardio 30" and short leg segment and stretch.

Good Morning Everyone and TGIF !!

This morning I did 1-5 step & blasts of Lowmax and ME biceps , Triceps and Abs. Good workout. Took just over an hour.

Carla, can I come along with you this weekend? I bet you'll have an awesome time!!!

My daughter is getting married a week from tomorrow, so it's total chaos at my house these days. Relatives coming in on Thursday so I am cleaning and just HOPING I can keep my workouts up. They're what's keeping me sane !!:p Or maybe only partly sane.:p

Yesterday was PUB chest,shoulders and triceps and 100 crunches,did 75 so I will add in the other today.

Today will be PUB back,biceps and PUB abs. also LG floorwork.

Boy is my chest smoooooooooking!!

Morning Everyone,

Didn't get a chance to check in yesterday. Really busy at work and at home. I managed to get KPC and Stability Ball Seg of PLB. I didn't do the double BC, just not enough time after softball on Wednesday (we won that game!). But it is something that I will try when I have the time. }(

Today is HSC plus hi intensity drills from KM. We are in the championship round for volleyball. All we need to do is win 2 of the 3 games tonight to be crowned the victors of the league.

Hi everyone
Today is a part rest from weights, I'm so sore;( Tonight I will try some cardio maybe some step works. I've only been back 3 days from vacation and need a rest already, YIKES!! I'd like to know what happened to all this extra energy I'm supposed to have after a break:(
Anyway, I hope everyone else has a terrific Friday.:)

Happy Friday All!

I'm doing a happy dance today because I have the day off, oh yeah, oh yeah!!!:7 :+ Not sunny here so we might skip the beach and catch a movie.

Today will be the Viper with some other upper body work with it. I had a massage 2 days ago which really helped my back:) I'm as bad as the plumber with the leaking pipes and the mechanic with the beater car, I'm a massage therapist and I couldn't remember the last time I'd had a massage :+ Bad Laurie:p

Becky, that's wonderful that your daughter's getting married, I can't imagine the mayhem but as the Mom of 3 girls I'll be eager to hear how everything goes for you and yours:) You are so right about the workouts keeping us (somewhat) sane. All the best!

Carla, I haven't got too much going on this weekend and am waaaaay past due for some boating on the Gulf, what time do we depart?:+ :p :7

Laurie, gretat good luck in your championship games, settle for nothing less than TOTAL DOMINATION}( :7 :)

This morning I did Christie Taylor's CIA 9801 hi/lo workout.

Terri - Yes, I'm getting anxious/excited about Baby's arrival, but also glad it's still a few weeks away, as I haven't had time to prepare for her yet! I won't get time to do that until after August 31. So, I'm anxious for the end of the month to get here. Thanks for asking!

Jes - Great work on the 45 mins of cardio yesterday. And the pictures are absolutely gorgeous. If those were only taken with a friend's camera, then I can't wait to see the professionally taken ones!!

Jane - I really like All-Step. It's a nice workout that gives you a good little sweat in a short amount of time. Isn't it nice to see progress?

Carla - your weekend sounds divine. My weekend will consist of housework and writing a research report. Wanna swap?

GRRRRR! OUCH!!!

I was walking around my house this morning trying to get some stuff done and I stepped on my dog's rawhide bone with bare feet! OUCH! I now have a nice bruise on the bottom of my foot. I am hoping socks and sneakers will give it a nice cushion so that I can still work out today with out it hurting...:-( x(
 
Morning ladies. Today was KPC for the first time (other than the Timesaver version) and all I have to say is "Holy Cow" my body is tired!!! But it feels GREAT!!! I can't believe how tired my biceps are. Now I know why you ladies are always ranting about this workout! I KNOW I am going to be feeling this tomorrow.

I did CIA Kick Box Boot Camp and abs off of PSSL&A today.
