Today I did two Rippedism workouts. I did a total body workout + an upper body workout. Just love these guys - but can't stand the music.

Hi.

This is my 3rd attempt to post just now. I have just learnt you cannot navigate away from the screen in tapatalk without losing what you are typing.

Last night I spent my rest evening on Pinterest collecting funny crochet quotes. So many rang true and had me laughing out loud... Making the rest of the family give me funny looks.

After our morning bball game where I as the coach stood trembling on the sidelines with suspense and which we finally won by 1 point, it was so outside I really wanted to be outdoors. We rode our bikes to the nearest IKEA, approx 10km away making the ride longer and prettier by choosing scenic routes through parks and stuff. I rarely ride my bike these days so I could really feel it in my legs. The way back was slightly trickier as my steering wheel was weighed down by a bag full of down cushion fillings for my crochet creations. With my ankel still sore and my legs feeling it biking I wasn't sure about my workout.

I had planned Cathe's Muscle Max today, but ended up doing Cathe's High Reps. A good choice! Full body workout that had me feeling the burn without putting extra strain on my ankel. ☺

Psst...I counted and have well over 100 thimbles. My grandmother was a seamstress and collected thimbles so I am just keeping it going.
 
Hi ladies, today it was MMA KICKBOX. 3 kickbox combos followed by Mma drills and a final core conditioning. It was just perfect for how I felt today, that is to say a bit tired after 2 hours walk with my two dogs. But they deserved it after lots of raining week ends! Next week will be my 2nd week of STS meso 3. I am glad I did it all this time because it was my first time doing Sts, in the future I will do shorter versions I think. Enjoy your Sunday!
 
Today/Saturday, I did a SweatStream (youtube) low impact HiiT & standing abs plus added my own rehab band work for about 15 mins. I am sore from Kelly's Body Training yesterday. It is one that sneaks up on me. lol.
Tonight, I am going for a walk.


Excellent workouts all of you!! I think Dawn is in the Bodybuilders check-in if I am not mistaken. I have chatted with her in the 'Open Discussion" and such & she is presently enrolled in a very interesting course.

Today I did Rippedism - it's shocking my body quickly which I like. I did legs + a yoga/stretch workout.

Happy birthday Annette, hope you spent this day well. Today I did Body Max2, not all of it but just the step combos and three out of the power circuits with the weight leg work. That was about an hour, enough for me today.

I had a semi rest day today. My son had a playdate about 9km from here and he wanted to go by bike, so I biked with him there and ended up chatting with the mom all afternoon. Biking home was tough on my son's legs as he doesn't have gears on his bike so I biked pushing him parts of the way. That worked my arm as well as my legs!

I can really feel yesterday's high reps and that feels good! Looking forward to trying Gym Styles tomorrow night.

Oh Henriette, yes, High Reps always gives me DOMS. Love the back work in that one.

Siobhan, most of the workouts posted there thus far that I have looked at are beg-intermediate & may be rest-day worthy for some of us here (not me lol) What is Rippedism? Is it XFA too? Sorry if I may have asked this before.

Sandy, you never really take it easy do you? ;) On the cusp of Meso 3 and going for BodyMax 2 today! Wow.

Today, I did an Amy Dixon 45 min kickboxing & light weights + TurboBarre abs and stretch.
