Good Morning Fitness Women,

Last evening: Lower Body Split (70 minutes of lower body work, standing and floor- great for freestyle)

Tonight: S&H shoulders and abs on schedule.

Yesterday was IMAX1 and I added on PS floorwork legs and abs. Today I can feel that floorwork (using a #10 barbell)!!

Today is GS C&T and abs from ME and I'll do some cardio.

Yesterday was IMAX1, those power scissors get me every time!!!

Today I'm with Becky with GS C&T and ME abs. It is so beautiful here in NC, 80 degree highs with no humidity, I think I'll take a power walk also this afternoon.

Yesterday was IMAX 3.

Today is a 1.5 hour run, abs, and a good stretch. I want to do Chest if there is time, but I have to work too. :(

Cathy, I never really got into the S&H's but after doing them in the rotation, I'm giving them a second look. Do you like them?

I'm doing GSC&T and abs from ME along with Jane and Becky, Have fun girls, and I hope to get a power walk in after work if it's not raining.

Have an awesome HUMP day ladies! It's hard to believe October is more than 1/2 over already!!! My goodness!

Yesterday I made up for Monday's poor work out by doing Body Max power circuits followed by Step Fit.}(

Today calls for Cardio Kicks for me. I think I'll be modifying atleast SOME of the high impact in this one. Don't think I can handle it all today...

Good morning everybody! :)

This morning I did SH T&B and I was pumped ;-) . I did a 30 min walk on the treadmill after dinner yesterday, so that was really nice. Today after work I will work my abs.

Cathy - nice workout yesterday.

Becky - I don't think I have ever done the PS floorwork, maybe I need to try that.

Jane - Power scissor are kicking my butt too :)

Kali - I love S&H and they give me immense strentgh gains

Wendy - I don't like the high impact in Cardio Kicks, it hurts my feet

Carla - I did SH Triceps and Biceps today and man I could feel it good }(

I hope that everybody has a great workout or rest day

Hi to All,

This morning I did Timesaver #5 all legs plus the abs and added on some calf work. I really need to go to bed early so I can wake up earlier.

I can't believe October is 1/2 over either!! With all this rain I haven't done much Halloween decorating (as my children have informed me). I guess I better get moving.

Morning ladies! Today was Leaner Legs. Whew, that workout gets me every time. I had planned to do some cardio too, but my legs are just too fried.

Wendy...I have not done cardio Kicks too much but I like it better than Kickmax as those blasts are tough!

Tammy...PUB biceps is a hard one. I tried to go a bit heavier the other day by just going up the pyramid. YEOW!!

Carla...I agree, you really feel S&H!

Kristine...good job with S&H too

Elaine...I like those Kick Butt lunges in TS 5...they are fun.

Katie...yes I agree Leaner legs is quite the Meaner leg workout!!

Today I am doing The Viper as its been awhile for that one, so I'll be doing some of the Imax2 intervals. That should wake me up well...

Hi all, I did PS shoulders, and floorwork for legs and abs for my weight workout today. :) My back is still hurting and I think it is our seating that is causing the pain. We really need new chairs and couches,sigh, but alas we can't afford new furniture.

I need to run to the store for more icyhot patches and thermacare patches.

Hi Sandra,

I recently purchased Christi's fantastic four which includes still stepping. Some of her foot/arm combos have me baffled! :eek: I have Cathe's stuff down pretty darn good and yet I got very frustrated with Christi's choreography. Should I keep trying or am I a lost cause? What I mean is...do you consider her choreography to be more intricate than Cathe's or am I just a wierdo?:p

Hi good morning everyone. Wendy why don't you try the hi/low workouts ( hi/low heaven and still jumping just for jun).The are very fun.

I think still steping is easier than the segment 2 of step heaven The segment 1 and 3 of step heaven are doable but the segment 2 is a nightmare . With patience you will get the moves. Believe me If I did it you can do it too.


Yesterday I did TAEBO get rpped and TJ cardio party nº1. Today I will do Mix it Up of the Slim Series and the 20 minutes workout.
