KCM 30MTF- Build & Burn - Cardio Core = 28 Min I think this one is tough!
Coffeyfit"Raw" Total Body TS Sculpt - Box & Tone= 21 Min I like these timesavers!

Hi ladies,

Today after my dentist appointment I just finished Jamie McKagan Boxing Circuit. I wore my gloves until the floorwork then I took them off. It was a 52 minute workout. The only 'weights ' was the body weight abwork in the middle. It was a good workout.

Nice workouts so far ladies!
