KCM 30MTF- Build & Burn - Cardio Core = 28 Min I think this one is tough!
Coffeyfit"Raw" Total Body TS Sculpt - Box & Tone= 21 Min I like these timesavers!

Hi ladies,

Today after my dentist appointment I just finished Jamie McKagan Boxing Circuit. I wore my gloves until the floorwork then I took them off. It was a 52 minute workout. The only 'weights ' was the body weight abwork in the middle. It was a good workout.

How was the "Core with Yoga Blocks Express"? Is that a blender or where did you find it? Thanks

How is your mouth doing?
 
Today I did STS 2.0 Body Parts Legs for 46 minutes; Strong and Sweaty Abs with weights for 13 minutes and finished with Step Boss Extended Lying Stretch for 10 minutes.
I thought it may be a good idea to try and work my legs. Hopefully I didn't aggravate anything. Guess I will know tomorrow!

Hi Nicki,

Today I saw the dentist because my only lonely molar on my right bottom jaw is being over worked because I have no upper teeth on the opposite side. So this lonely molar was getting all the chewing action and it became sensitive. So it began to hurt, (and it was causing my ear to hurt also) the dentist put a desensitizer on it until we can figure out if it can just be pulled. It does have a cavity. It is not hurting right now and my ear has stopped hurting so that is a good thing.
