Annette, good workout! Jamie McKagan Boxing Circuit for 52 minutes.Hi ladies,
Today after my dentist appointment I just finished Jamie McKagan Boxing Circuit. I wore my gloves until the floorwork then I took them off. It was a 52 minute workout. The only 'weights ' was the body weight abwork in the middle. It was a good workout.
Nice workouts so far ladies!
