Good morning everyone,

Last evening: Scheduled Rest day as I had a buisness dinner scheduled and didn't get home till almost midnight. Triple whammy- no exercise, too much to eat and not enough sleep.

Tonight: LowMax and upper body work.

Yesterday was PUB for me and Core Max 1. I am doing Low Max today. I think I might be getting a cold and TTOM is coming to...double whammy for me. I will get take a garlic pill today with my vitamins.
Low Max will be harder for me today, but just will think of it as Boot Camp instead and will get thru it as always.

Cathy - I'm sute your rest day was good for your muscles and joints so don't fret about it. Hopefully you can catch up on your sleep requirements.

Charlotte - Low Max can be a toughy but I LOVE the music so it keeps me motivated.

Tammy - Looks like an intense work out for you today!

Today I have planned Muscle Endurance and tennis with my DD who is home for the summer. ( laundry max and clean max too)

Today-IM 3 w/u thru 1st blast, CM Tough, GS Biceps, & HSC c/d.

2 more days until we close on our new house! I am so excited!

IM3 and ME as soon as Aiden takes a nap. I feel rested and ready after my killer gym workout Sunday. You really have to be ready and psyched to tackle IM3 or you'll kill yourself :p

Good morning everyone!

...and the story continues. I come home yesterday and wanted to do my workout because of all the trouble with the dog and the toilet yesterday morning :( , DH gets sick, stomach virus or got too hot, I don't know. Of course no workout because I have to take care of DH x( . I am too upset, had no dinner, can't sleep, DH is running fever and is tossing and turning.
So I problably had 2 hours of sleep and couldn't get up in the morning because I am so tired, so no workout this morning and there will be none after work because I know I will be too tired. x( x( x(

I hope that everybody else has a great workout or rest day and maybe you can do one or two plyo jacks for me :)

Kristine - I feel for ya! There are days where it seems nothing goes right. I hope DH feels better and you get some rest very soon. You'll be back to working out in no time.

This morning was CTX Kickbox cardio and arm drills, KPC intensity drills, and CTX All Abs. And now it's Shower Max.

Hang in there, everyone, I think we are all having one of "those" weeks. I am PMSing like there is no tomorrow, feel like a beached whale, you know the drill.

Anyways, today was CIA 2103 aerobics and pilates. Have a good day. My attempt will be not to eat everything in sight!x(
 
Good Morning !

Today was Rythmic Step and core max & maybe a walk outside later because the sun is shining and its going to be 70 degrees!
Warmer is always better for me , but this beats yesterday when it was windy, cloudy, some rain, and in the 60's for most of the day!! brrrrrrrr!
Please someone , send the warmth my way! (ohio)

More Freestlye leg exercises today, abs, 4 or 5 mile run and shoulders & triceps.

Morning Everyone,

Well I just got an e-mail from my SIL and I will not be playing softball tonight. Apparently our pitcher quit and went back to Michigan, and it seems we don't have a spare. :) It works out for me anyway, my DD's last gymnastics class is tonight. My game was at 7pm and there class ends at 7pm. Can't be in two places at once.

Anyway, tonight will be ME, a run, and some more stone movemax. }(

Morning everyone!

Hope everyone is feeling better soon.

Today is a lower body workout. Have not decided what I will have time for yet. Today is my oldest sons birthday and he turns 10! Have to get the house in order(cleaningmax) for a birthday party this evening. Have to run to a couple stores to buy things for the party. Thought I would see what my son wanted to do for his special day, might go to the park.

Good morning All

I hope that those who are ill feel better and that those who feel good be thankful!

For those of you who need sleep, try hard to squeeze a rest in.

Today will be a rn on the treadmill, abs and super sets. Last night I did legs and shoulders for my weight workout. It was from fit tv and I had forgot they chopp a lot of it. Only 2 sets of barbell swuats and one set of lunges with barbell. And I am talking one leg of lunges. So I had to rewind and do the parts they cut. Oh well at least I got it done. Shoulders seemed to be all there.

Good afternoon everyone!

I had a late night last night due to a surprise birthday party for my stepdad- and 2 margaritas! Yummy, but the alcohol had got me feeling lethargic this morning. I'm sure the less-than-spic and span-clean eating isn't helping, either. :p Sooo, I'm in a dilemna about what workout to do. IMAX2 is on the schedule for the day. It's the FitTV version so it's shorter..which is good for me...but I'm not sure that I'm up to the intensity today. I just don't know what I could do instead....Reebok: AeroStep or Intense Step. Maybe?? I think AeroStep may be too easy and boring for me now...I haven't done it in a long time, though. AACCKKK! :7

I'll do a long-ish cardio and an AB workout- of some kind. ;-)
