Daily Check In: Wednesday May 25, 2005

Good Afternoon Ladies,

This morning was MM for me, I had not done it in a while but I had a friend workout with me this morning and I could not do P90X with her so we did MM and she could not keep up even with light weights. I bought her MM and Basic step for her B-day and the Cathe step she love her presents. My BF bough her adjustable weights up to 40 pounds, she is happy!

Hi all, I did 54 min. of legs and abs using PSSL&A and PLB floorwork, and then I did a premix off of KPC leaving out the abs making it about 43 min. long.:D Really nice workout and I am burning lots of calories. My weight was back down this morning so I was happy. I even did the sit and stand squats too,LOL!!

I'm not entirely sure I'm going to be able to do anything at all tonight. I'm in fairly excruciating pain (does excruciating have degrees, or is it just enough all on it's very own?). I almost threw up a couple of times on my drive home. Maybe I'll try doing something light later on this evening.
 
That sucks that you still feel bad! what did you eat?

i am doing UB premix of MM and maybe cardio......knees aren't too thrilled from my jog yesterday!x( i am going to try to jog 1/wk and see how it goes.

Went for a walk with my SO and felt a bit better, so I did Imax 3 step only and Lowmax blast only.

I don't know if it's something I ate or what it is. It hurts a lot though.
